sure there's plenty of distance between her adopted son, Maddox, and smoking
co-star Colin Farrell on the 'Alexander' set.

Jolie arriving at LAX airport with her son Maddox on Wednesday (December
31). The actress who was recently pictured with co-star Colin Farrell during
a visit to Egypt held Maddox in her arms as they waited for a car.

Sun-Times reports Angelina Jolie is said to be extremely upset after learning
the adoption agency that handled her adoption of son Maddox has been closed
by the FBI. Seattle International Adoptions had been placing children --
claimed as orphans -- who had, in fact, been sold by desperately poor Southeast
Asian birth mothers. Jolie has said she will never give up her son, and
experts confirm there's little danger of Maddox being snatched from the
Oscar winner and United Nations goodwill ambassador. Ironically, it was
Jolie's ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton's initial concerns about the adoption
process involving Cambodian children that contributed to the breakup of
the couple's marriage.

Tonight reports Angelina Jolie spent her weekend in Egypt at a refugee
camp distributing winter clothes, blankets and toys to the Sudanese asylum
seekers living under the government's protection. The Oscar® winner
also donated $20,000 to a community health project. Speaking at the camp,
Jolie said, "Refugees are not just beneficiaries of assistance but, if
given the chance, they are also contributing members of the host society.
This I have seen in many different refugee situations." Jolie has been
the U.N. Goodwill Ambassador for the High Commissioner for Refugees since
2001.

to a survey by Blockbuster, beating out Catherine Zeta Jones.

the World reports things heated up between Angelina Jolie and Colin Farrell
in secret Cairo date. Despite flying out on the same plane on Christmas
Eve, they took separate cabs to the hotel and checked in using false names.
But there was nothing false about the chemistry between them. A tourist
said: "They looked like the perfect family. "They were smiling and joking
and were giving the child, and each other, a lot of attention. They seemed
very much in love."
