March 24, 2002 - Ashley Harkleroad hates to be compared to Anna Kournikova and doesn't think the Russian is friendly enough. Ashley said, "I'm a whole different person. I don't think she's very friendly. I just don't really see her talking that much to people in the locker room. And, you know, she's very pretty, but I mean, I try and be more perky I guess."

March 21, 2002 - The Sun reports Anna Kournikova has taken to disguising herself by wearing a black wig when she's out with Enrique Iglesias. An onlooker who spotted her in the get-up with Enrique in Toronto said, "It was a ridiculous get-up. Everyone recognised her."

March 13, 2002 - Jane Stevenson of the Toronto Sun was at Monday's Enrique Iglesias concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto where the Latin pop star performed before a crowd of 5,000... Almost all women, and one of those being his girlfriend Anna Kournikova.

March 8, 2002 - Jay Leno joked during his Thursday night monologue, "Plans are now being discussed to change the rules of professional tennis. They say with a couple of rule changes and some luck, it might one day be possible for Anna Kournikova to actually win a match."

March 8, 2002 - Anna Kournikova lost to Lilia Osterloh in the opening round on Wednesday in the Pacific Life Open. After losing 6-1, 6-4, Anna said, "My whole game was struggling a little bit."

March 4, 2002 - Anna Kournikova strikes up an Anna Kournikova type pose in the latest advertisement for Adidas ClimaCool sports shoes. The television ad will hit  UK television screens on March 11.
