June 25, 2002 - Top of the Pops reports that apparently Anna Kournikova's hairdresser Marcel Reboh has been spilling the beans on how the sexy tennis star has been dating Enrique Iglesias ever since her quickie divorce from Russian hockey ace Sergei Federov. He blabbed, "I remember she said to me, 'That's it, I got divorced, it's finished! Now it's a new lover.' She's been with Enrique for a few months."

June 25, 2002 - Pavel Bure, who dated Kournikova, sued an English-language Russian newspaper after it ran an article claiming that Bure told reporters that Kournikova had two vaginas.

June 25, 2002 - Anna Kournikova lost to fellow Russian Tatiana Panova 6-1, 4-6, 6-4 in the first round of Wimbledon on Monday. Anna said afterwards, "It would be kind of interesting if I could win that one because I didn't really expect to do too great at this tournament this year. You know, I'm pretty surprised at how well it went. I think I played much better than before, much better than last week. That made me happy, yeah." Read more.

June 25, 2002 - BBC reports Anna Kournikova saying in a press conference following her loss Monday, "I had time to think last year when I wasn't playing and I had time to grow up. I am still learning, only I am doing it in front of everybody. I don't have a career off court. There's no two Annas, there's one Anna." Read more.

June 23, 2002 - Sunday People reports Martina Navratilova  is backing Anna Kournikova hopeful that she still can win a tournament. "I know Anna is working very hard on the practice court and I believe she can win a major tournament," she said. "I just think after what she has been through she wants to enjoy her tennis more."

June 19, 2002 - Anna Kournikova lost 7-6 (4), 3-6, 1-6 to Rita Grande of Italy in at Eastbourne, a Wimbledon warmup tournament on Tuesday.

June 17, 2002 - Hoovers.com has an article about Anna Kournikova's advertisement for the X-Static sports bra. The advert carries the slogan: "Russian pilot - Nasa technology - No lift off."

June 16, 2002 - WireImage.com has photos of Anna Kournikova during a photo shoot for the Berlei Shock Absorber Sports Bra ad launch in Eastbourne, England on Friday.

June 11, 2002 - Anna Kournikova also got the FHM most sexiest nod by the U.S. version of the mag. Anna said, "It's extremely flattering, especially because it's voted for by readers. I'm very excited about it."

June 7, 2002 - Tennis babe Maria Sharapova says she's not trying to be the next Anna Kournikova. "I respect everyone and I respect her and what she's done for the game," she said. "But I'm just trying to be myself. I'm just trying to be the first Maria Sharapova, not the second anything."
