28, 2005 - Anna Kournikova was photographed with her lawyers Steven Chaykin
and Brian James on Wednesday (February 23) in Miami-Dade County Circuit
Court in Miami, Florida. William Lepeska, who is accused of stalking Kournikova
in person, by mail and on the Internet, was ordered to permanently stay
at least 1,000 feet away from her if he is released from jail. Check out

York Post reports Anna Kournikova was spotted at Taste Cafe in Miami Beach
reading The New York Post while waiting for her order.
February 21, 2005 - According
to The Drudge Report, unlisted and super-secret telephone numbers and e-mail
addresses of the stars were obtained by hacking Paris Hilton's T-Mobile
Sidekick, including Eminem, Lindsay Lohan, Christina Aguilera, Andy Roddick,
Bow Wow, Ashlee Simpson, Victoria Gotti, Vin Diesel, Anna Kournikova and
more. "I gave her my number after we met in Miami, I did not know she fu**ing
kept it on her cellphone," one star moaned. Drudge added that the FBI is
investigating the incident.

Press reports that a homeless man was charged with stalking and burglary
after swimming nude across Biscayne Bay in search of tennis star Anna Kournikova's
