August 31, 2001 - Jennifer Aniston tells Access Hollywood that Brad is allowed to sleep with Michelle Pfeiffer, should the possibility ever come up. "I'd let him have that in a minute. How do you say no to Michelle Pfeiffer?"

August 31, 2001 - Xtra reports Jennifer Aniston admits she enjoyed her lesbian kiss in Rock Star saying,, "Your eyes are closed, you don't know, it's all the same. Truthfully, it's different. It's softer." Aniston talked about how her and Brad deal with each others on screen intimacy saying, "It's never fun to watch your partner sucking face with someone else. But it doesn't bother us."

August 30, 2001 - Xtra reports Brad Pitt wanted the role Mark Walhberg took in Rock Star so he could star in his wife's big screen debut, but Jennifer admits, "He was going to do it, but they didn't get the script to where - well, Brad's a little bit older. Then about a year went by and they said that they wanted Mark Wahlberg, so that was great."

August 28, 2001 - The Sun reports in a survey conducted using heart monitors, crème brulee gets women more excited than Brad Pitt.

August 25, 2001 - US Weekly quotes Brad Pitt commenting on filming of Spy Game in Morocca saying, "I used to just thrive on going away. But since my marriage, it has been just a little tough... No e-mail, none of that."

August 25, 2001 - The Enquirer's Mike Walker reports Brad Pitt gave some of his old clothing to a second hand shop and a bunch of women ended up fighting over them when they found out where they came from. 

August 23, 2001 - The Star reports an insider tells them, "[Jennifer] didn't invite nancy to the wedding, despite Brad pleading with her to mend fences, bud Brad has such a close family himself, he's kept up the pressure, and Jennifer is finally seeing the light. Now that Jen desperately wants to be a mom hersel, she realizes that she needs - and wants - Nancy to be part of her children's lives."

August 23, 2001 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca reports an insider gave him glowing reviews after seeing a test screening of Ocean's Eleven at the UA Marketplace Theater in Pasadena. The female insider admits, "They're hilarious together, perfectly in sync."

August 22, 2001 - Allstar reports Brad Pitt was in attendance at Radiohead show at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday.

August 17, 2001 - This week's Star is reporting that Jennifer Aniston is finally going to try and settle her differences with mother Nancy as Brad played mediator in bringing Jennifer to be able to forgive her mother.

August 16, 2001 - Brad Pitt has made his second appearance on MTV's Jackass. Las week dressed in a full ape costume, go-carting down the streets of Los Angeles, while this week he peforms a fake kidnapping stunt where he's the kidnappee.

August 15, 2001 - The London Express reports Al Gore has grown a beard as part of a New Ruggedness "exemplified by George Clooney and Brad Pitt that has seen sales of male cosmetics fall."

August 14, 2001 - More on Brad's encounter with a grizzly, as IMDB reports Brad admits his encounter with the animal was memorable saying, "Being kissed by a huge grizzly is a little unnerving... but an experience I'll never forget."

August 12, 2001 - The New York Daily News is reporting comments by Gwyneth Paltrow about Brad Pitt in the latest issue of W. Paltrow says the two still don't speak, "I'm sure we wish each other well. Some things just don't develop into friendship."

August 12, 2001 - Xtra is reporting Mark Wahlberg is denying he tried to come on to Jennifer Aniston on the set of Rock Star saying, "My mum read the stories and was furious. She told me to leave that nice Brad Pitt's girl alone. I couldn't believe mum bought that nonsense. Brad's a friend. I'd never do anything like that to him."

August 12, 2001 - Wenn.com has a photo of Brad Pitt ahead of the August 27th documentary on Animal Planet. Brad's sitting down next to a 800 pound grizzly bear. Brad is friends to bear trainers Doug and Lynne Seus.

August 11, 2001 - Guido Damiani, company director of Italian jewellers Damiani International commented Brad and Jennifer's lawsuit saying, "Damiani firmly believes that the claims asserted by Mr Pitt and Ms Aniston are unfounded and have no merit whatsoever. There has never been any type of agreement or contract between Damiani and Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston prohibiting or limiting the marketing of the jewellery in question."

August 8, 2001 - The Mexican was released to DVD yesterday and the Detroit Free Press chimed in on the film saying it "isn't junk, but unlike the priceless antique pistol for which it is titled, it isn't a treasure either."

August 6, 2001 - News of the World reports Robin Reynolds was "so keen to score ten out of ten with hunk Brad Pitt in his new movie Ocean's Eleven she practised her lap-dancing role — by doing it for real."

August 5, 2001 - Jennifer Aniston tells Elle, “I'm not pregnant. You can get that out of the way." Aniston admits the timing for a pregnancy could be ideal saying, "That's what's so funny. We were like 'Well, jeez, we've got it written in here; it could come in nicely.' But you know, we'll see. All in good time."

August 4, 2001 - IMDB reports Pierce Brosnan has hired the same security firm who patrolled Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's wedding for his upcoming nuptuals.

August 4, 2001 - The Globe reports Jennifer Aniston tied an old brown boot to the bumper of Brad's SUV as a way of expressing her love on the pair's first aniversary. Photos show the boot as well.

August 3, 2001 - Jennifer Aniston tells Elle magazine  that her husband would not mind if she had an affair with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. Aniston says, "He is the one person that Brad says I can have if the opportunity presents itself. I don't know how old the man is, but he's phenomenal, that energy." Aniston says the reverse scenario never comes up.

August 3, 2001 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca reports on Brad Pitt's love of architecture and he and Jennifer meeting Amber Brkich, of Survivor (yeah, they like the show even though it competed w/ Friends).
