October 26, 2002 - Us Weekly reports Brad pitt often stays up watching security videos of his own house. "He's become obsessed with the idea that someone is sneaking onto his property," says a source, "so he gets up about every three hours to check the monitors and replay the video." Asked what he finds on the videos, the source says, "It's like a scene from Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom - skunks, coyotes, and possums walking around, going about their business."

October 22, 2002 - Jason Boyd of Audiovent tells Neal Weiss of Launch.com that the group's song 'Stalker' was partially inspired by Brad Pitt and his stalker Athena Rolando, who was convicted in 1999 for trespassing at the actor's home. "'Stalker' was written a while back, and that song is about our love for the human character," Boyd said. "While it's frightening, it's also humorous to me. It's just love for all types of characters. I don't know, I wanted to write a song about a stalker. And one of the parts that inspired me was Brad Pitt had a stalker and I guess they found her asleep in his house on the couch and she had tried on his clothes. While it probably wasn't funny for Brad Pitt, I thought it was funny. I mean, of course, I'm observing--if it happened to me, it probably wouldn't be that funny."

October 14, 2002 - The New York Post reports Brad Pitt, out shopping in Beverly Hills with wife Jennifer Aniston, attracted such a big crowd that police had to be called in to save the day. While Jennifer hid out in a store, Brad took a lift to his car with a friendly neighborhood sheriff, and proffered his hand in thanks. But maybe that was before Brad discovered the parking ticket on his Mercedes.
