He recently saved a woman's life, by pushing her out of the way from an out-of-control car.  After being rescued the woman sobbed to Brad, 'I'm so happy to be alive - and even happier it was you that saved me.' The ever-smooth actor replied, 'I'm glad to be of service. 

February 26, 2003 - Sky News reports Nicole Kidman and Brad Pitt are joining forces for a new movie. The pair are in negotiations to star as killers-for-hire in action-adventure feature Mr and Mrs Smith. Read more.

February 26, 2003 - Brad Pitt is laughing off reports that he saved the life of a woman outside an L.A. restaurant Sunday night. The stories claim he pulled her to safety just as a car jumped the curb. A rep for the actor tells the New York Daily News that he was having dinner at Dan Tana's but never even saw the incident.

February 20, 2003 - The Sun reports Brad Pitt's new film has been halted by fears of terrorism. The movie, based on Helen of Troy, was due to be filmed in Morocco. "They don't want to risk the safety of their big stars," a source said.

February 20, 2003 - The New York Daily News reports filming of 'Troy,' starring Brad Pitt, Orlando Bloom and Saffron Burrows, was to have started in Morocco in April, but security concerns might scuttle plans to shoot in the Muslim nation on the North African coast.

So they've done what any decent celebrity couple would do in these circumstances - gone out for a very public romantic meal. Brad and Jen enjoyed dinner at Sushi Roku in Los Angeles this week and then happily chatted to fans and signed autographs outside the restaurant.

February 4, 2003 - Brad Pitt is cringing about the DVD release of 'Thelma & Louise', featuring a steamy sex scene with Geena Davis that was cut. "I was so nervous," Brad said. "It was my first shot in the big league and I was sweating. In one scene, Geena's sitting in my lap and we're basically naked. You ask yourself what happens if your soldier starts to salute - and at that very moment I ran into that predicament."
