March 11, 2007 - Us Weekly is breaking news about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's reported new adoption: it's a boy! "Angelina has filed paperwork to adopt a 4-year-old boy from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam," dished Us magazine's Caroline Schaffer. "He's healthy, very good looking, and he's actually going to be one year younger than her son, Maddox." Read more.

March 11, 2007 - Us Weekly reports Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's adoption a 4-year-old son from Vietnam may allow the boy to be at the couple's New Orleans mansion sooner than you think. The adoption procedure takes no more than four months, says Nguyen Cong Khanh, the deputy head of the country's International Adoption Department. Read more.

March 11, 2007 - Star magazine reports Brad Pitt decided to send ex-wife Jennifer Aniston a card for her 38th birthday on February 11th. And not only that   he signed it "with love, Brad." "It was an affectionate gesture on his part, and he sees no reason not to reach out and extend an olive branch," a source tells Star. And then he casually mentioned it to Angelina in passing. An already sad Jolie "hit the roof!" the source says. "Brad saw nothing wrong with his behavior. He said, 'You should never burn bridges,' and reminded her that he and Jen may have no future together, but they could still be friends." But, says the source, right now, given the loss of her mom, "Angelina is unsteady and none of this went down well." Read more.

March 11, 2007 - As Us Weekly first reported, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are in the process of adopting a child from Vietnam. "Yes, they have started the procedure to adopt a child in Vietnam," Vu Duc Long, director of Vietnam's International Adoption Agency, confirmed to the mag. Read more.

March 11, 2007 - Star magazine reports Angelina Jolie has applied to adopt a toddler from Vietnam, but her lover Brad Pitt isn't listed on the forms. Vu Duc Long, the Director of International Child Adoption at Vietnam's Ministry of Justice, said: "Ms. Jolie applied on Wednesday to adopt a boy through an international child adoption organization based in Vietnam. She has asked to adopt a boy and the adoption will be in Ms. Jolie's name as we understand she is not formally married to Mr. Pitt." Read more.

March 11, 2007 - Contrary to other, recent reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were planning on adopting a Vietnamese child from the Tam Binh orphanage in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City, a spokesman for the orphanage tells Star magazine, "Brad and Angelina have not been back to our orphanage since their visit in November. I'd only wish that they were adopting from us! There are many orphanages in Vietnam that they could adopt from, but it certainly is not us."
