July 29, 2005 - A spokeswoman
for Shar Jackson tells The New York Post that Kevin Federline's son Kaleb
celebrated his first birthday last Wednesday, but the special date "came
and went without a visit, present or phone call from Kevin or Britney."
Shar instead celebrated Kaleb's big day with her and Federline's 2-year-old
daugher, Kori, and other family members.

29, 2005 - A source tells Star magazine that Britney Spears' pregnancy
is causing the singer to get moody, so much so that she reduced her mother
Lynn to tears during a taping of Jamie Lynn's Nickelodeon series 'Zoey
101'. "Britney was screaming at her mom," a witness revealed. "She was
furious, swearing and cursing. Her mom burst into tears at one point but
Britney didn't seem to care or notice." A day after the outburst, there
still was a chill between mother and daughter. "Britney came by the set
for a few hours the next day but didn't speak to her mom at all. You could
see that her mom was hurt. Jamie Lynn was so upset by it all that she took
an extra 30-minute break to talk to her mom and Britney's assistant about
it."

spoke with Entertainment Weekly about his interactions with Britney Spears
and hubby Kevin Federline. "Britney was literally my next-door neighbor,"
the actor said. "I've always had a lot of compassion for her. And even
for Kevin. I think she just wants to be loved and, you know, he's like
me 15 years ago. I gave him all the warnings I could. I said, 'Listen,
I've been there, you guys have gotta be careful.'"

baby's arrival in September!!!! I can't wait. I have been shopping so much
for the baby and it is not even here yet!! A few of my best friends from
home have come to visit me here as well. We have had so much fun, but I

tells The Daily Star that Britney Spears believes pregnancy has helped
improve her voice, prompting the singer to return to the studio to record
new music. Spears believes pregnancy has matured and deepened her vocal
ability. "She’s a changed woman," the source said.

group 'The Resistance' is calling for Jessica Simpson to re-shoot her video
for 'These Boots are Made for Walking' featured on the new Dukes of Hazzard
movie being released August 5th. "She should be ashamed of herself," says
John Conner, spokesperson for the group. Conner added, "It's disappointing
to have Jessica, a pastor's daughter and Christian role model, join the
ranks of the 'singing strippers' such as Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
She has one of the most beautiful voices, and is a very beautiful girl,
but it's sad to see her whore herself out like this. What's worse is that
pastor, Joe Simpson is Jessica's manager, as well as her father." Read

to be going to his head, a source complained to Blissmag.com. "Kevin thinks
he's a big shot TV star," a fed-up K-Fed pal complained. "You wouldn't
believe how swelled his head is. The way he carries on, you'd think he
had the lead role in some big TV drama, not just a reality TV show." Read

reports that Britney Spears has selected a luxurious room in a Scottsdale,
Arizona hospital to give birth to her first baby. The singer has also made
sure both adjacent rooms will remain vacant. "Britney wants white and yellow
roses in the room when she gets there," a source said. In addition, the
source added that "Britney wants all the nurses serving her to be given
background checks." Part of the background check: an interrogation by both
hospital staff and Spears' mother Lynne. Read more.

Times profiled the growing paparazzi business in Los Angeles, and spoke
with Arnold Cousart about a particular issue the industry has with their
French snappers. "Britney's not going to drive crazy," Cousart says, of
Britney Spears. "So you don't have to be right on her tail. But there's
going to be that one photographer on her bumper. So we call each other,
the other teams. Whenever we're in a follow with the French guys, we say
make sure they don't get in the front. We try to block them out, because

her birth for a reality TV special. "Britney was in two minds about the
birth even after she's decided to do a one-off special to introduce the
little one to the world," a source revealed. "It'll be a follow-up to the
series and also a great record for them. It's just like the proud dad taping
the event." The source added, "Cameras won't roll through the most intimate
parts but there will be scenes included."
