October 26, 2005 - Pamela Paul, author of 'Pornified: How Pornography is Transforming Our Lives, Our Relationships and Our Families' was on 'Scarborough Country' on Friday (October 7) to chat with host Joe Scarborough about how pop music is currently selling sex, not good songs. October 26, 2005 - Before making a public appearance on Friday, a source told Us Weekly that Britney Spears was itching to be thin again. "She will not go out until she loses the weight," the source said. "She's determined for no more fat pictures to be taken." "Lynne is not about to let Kevin squander all of Britney's money," a source said. October 26, 2005 - Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Wednesday night, "Britney Spears has pulled her jewel-encrusted bra off of charity auction on eBay. They were advertising this as the bra she did the video in. They said she performed in it. Since Britney did not actually wear the bra on stage, she thought her push-up bra would be false advertising. Aren't all push-up bras false advertising? Pretty much?"

October 26, 2005 - In the new issue of Us Weekly, the magazine reveals how Britney Spears plans to remove the baby weight she gained during pregnancy. "BritneySpears.org and myself apologizes for posting the baby pictures, they have since been removed. We are sorry for any problems we caused for Britney, Kevin and Sean." The pictures still remain up on several morning radio show websites.

October 26, 2005 - A day after apologizing to Britney Spears, WorldOfBritney.com webmaster Ruben Garay is hitting out at the pop princess he's dedicated a website to. He writes, "The pictures were not 'Stolen'. Someone had sold the pictures to several picture agencies who in turn had them available in their password protected media/press area only pages. The webmaster of TangibleBrit happened to know of a guy that had access to that area and bam, pictures got out... it's as simple as that. It happens ALL THE TIME. Someone should seriously check the infrastructure of their OWN employees and not try to shoot the couriers. That press release makes it sound as if someone walked into Britney's house and stole a camera with film on it... uh... how about... Not a chance?" He added, "If Britney never wanted anyone to see pictures of her baby, then why did she originally agree to do a photoshoot? October 26, 2005 - Controversial webmaster Ruben Garay at WorldOfBritney.com has found himself in trouble with Britney Spears before, and with news that the singer is unleashing her legal team on websites posting photos of her baby Sean Preston has gotten the Swedish man once tagged as a Spears stalker apologizing. "We were all unaware of the apparent rumors that Britney Spears had pulled the plug on the People Weekly feature until later in the day Friday," Ruben wrote. "All of us, as a joint Britney Spears unofficial community were therefore happy to share small pictures of that shoot with the fans, as it is very common for un-official sites to do just that and is one of the many purposes of a 'fan site'. We want everyone to understand that we absolutely adore Britney Spears and are all extremely excited about her new stage in life, and we would never willfully or purposely do anything that might affect her in a negative way. In light of all of this, we would like to issue a formal apology from our end to Jive Records, Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, Sean Preston and anyone else affected by the release of the pictures by the unofficial fansite community. All the pictures that were originally posted, including links and traces have now been permanently removed from our website and all other Britney sites will be doing the same thing."

October 26, 2005 - Matt, the webmaster of TangibleBrit.com, which was the first website that featured the 6-thumbnail set of Britney Spears, Kevin Federline, and their baby son Sean Preston has offered his apologies on his website. "I am sorry to whomever I have offended," he wrote. "The images were sent to me in an email stating that they would appear in people magazine’s next issue, the following week. I did not steal the images and have no connection with the stealing of the images. I do not know who the person that sent the images to me is, but I can say that they know who they are, and they know what they did was wrong, as did i. To Britney, Kevin, Sean, Jive Records, SONYBMG, and anyone else affected by this: I am deeply sorry for any pain I have caused you. The images will never be on this website again. I have strongly urged all of the websites in connection with the release of these images to remove them as soon as possible. I do not have the images in any size large than I posted on my website. The images, as of now, have been destroyed. As soon as I learned of Britney’s not selling the images at all and after I was contacted by various media companies asking me for the images (which I did not compy to), I immediately removed the images from the internet. This website will be down for ever how long it will take to have this serious wrong doing over with. Once again, Britney, I am deeply sorry and regret the fact that these images surfaced."

October 26, 2005 - Reuters reports that pictures of Britney Spears and her infant son Sean Preston surfaced on the Internet Friday, but the singer said they were stolen and threatened legal action against anyone who showed the eagerly awaited images. "Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for willful infringement of copyright," invasion of privacy and other legal claims, publicist Leslie Sloan said in a written release. But not all is perfect at the estate, the algae infested pool is in bad need of maintenance.

October 15, 2005 - A source tells The National Enquirer that Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline expect to make $3 million for airing footage of her birth to Sean Preston on the second installment of their reality TV show. The couple also scored a $2 million deal for a subsequent video that will document the entire story of the baby boy's birth, including every detail from the time Britney left home, entered the hospital, had the baby, went back home and their first weeks at home with the baby. October 3, 2005 - A source close to Britney Spears and hubby Kevin Federline spoke with Us Weekly about the scene when the singer gave birth to Sean Preston on September 14th at UCLA Medical Center. "Everybody was crying," the source said. "Kevin was holding Britney's hand, saying, 'Baby, I love you so much!'"
