November 24, 2005 - The Mirror reports that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are enjoying a week-long shopping spree to New York City, staying at the ultra-plush Mandarin Oriental hotel. "It's a chance for the pair to iron out their problems in private," a source revealed.

November 24, 2005 - Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Friday night, "Here's a story that's causing a huge commotion in Japan. This is a kind of Romeo and Juliet kind of thing. Princess Sayako, a member of Japan's royal family, renounced her title to marry a commoner. Yeah. Imagine that. A woman of fame and fortune giving up everything to marry a a nobody -- to which Britney Spears said, 'So?'"

November 24, 2005 - 'The Insider' correspondent Marc Malkin reports that Britney Spears is in serious negotiations to make her Broadway debut in the current revival of 'Sweet Charity'. The singer would replace Christina Applegate in the title role of Charity. Part of the deal may be to have her hubby Kevin Federline join the cast as a dancer in the show. Read more.

November 24, 2005 - Star magazine reports that Kevin Federline flirted with a pretty, dark-haired woman at Mood on October 19th, dancing with the woman and boldly told her, "You have beautiful breasts!", according to a source. A friend of Kevin's wife Britney Spears tells the tabloid she won't be happy about the situation. "Britney's had a hard enogh time already since Sean was born, battling the blues and arguing with Kevin," the friend said. "Plus, she's been working hard to get back in shape since Sean's birth, so that she can keep Kevin's wandering eyes on her. And she's been doing a terrific job of recapturing her figure; Britney's really dropped a lot of weight since Sean's birth. But now, here comes word of Kevin flirting with some girl at Mood. The timing couldn't be worse... I think it wcould be more than Britney can bear when she finds out."

November 24, 2005 - Shar Jackson visited the Howard Stern show the other day where Howard also asked if her ex-lover Kevin Federline was "good in the sack?" and if Britney Spears' hubby had "a big ween?" Shar replied: "He's a good looking guy. He's pretty hot. Yea (he's big). He's doing his thing I ain't mad at him." Howard said, "In other words, he could deliver the big orgasm to you?" "She's absolutely livid that Kevin partied with his old flame while she was out of town. Britney is seeing red with Kevin right now. November 24, 2005 - In a poll of 5,400 of Star magazine's readers, 65% said Britney Spears should divorce her husband Kevin Federline now, 28% said the couple should go into counseling, and a mere 7% said she should accept him as he is; 91% felt that Federline has been bad for Spears' career. November 24, 2005 - Shar Jackson tells OK! magazine she's forgiven ex-lover Kevin Federline for ditching her for Britney Spears while Shar was pregnant with their second child. "He still feels guilty about what he did to me," Shar revealed. "He is not the kind of person who would ever intentionally want to hurt anyone. And he's always been there for me and the kids."

November 24, 2005 - A friend of Kevin Federline is defending Britney Spears' hubby after his hip-hop debut 'Y'all Ain't Ready' leaked to the web greeting with a chorus of dissing. "At least he is trying to do something," the source tells U Weekly. "Most guys in his position [who] hit the lottery - and that is what marrying Britney really is - would never work again." But Island Def Jam Music Group vice president of A&R Shakir Stewart advises K-Fed rap isn't the field work he should be pursuing. "Just make Britney happy, man," he said. "Kev, seriously, put the rap stuff down."

November 24, 2005 - Britney Spears' rep Leslie Sloane spoke with OK! magazine and said the singer and hubby Kevin Federline "are completely together. Just because they argue like a lot of married couples doesn't mean they are getting a divorce. And they have never split up!" But what about Britney's visit to her family estate Serenity in Louisiana without Kevin? "Imagine having helicopters flying over your house any time you walk out the door," Sloane responded. "Britney took the baby and went to visit her mom, sister and family members who have been unable to visit her in LA, while Kevin had to work."

November 24, 2005 - The Daily Star reports that Britney Spears' hubby Kevin Federline went overboard dancing at Spider Club, spinning out of control on the dance floor and breaking his hand. "Britney must have been at home with their baby son and Kevin was messing around dancing with his mates," an onlooker said. "He was really going for it, throwing some seriously mad moves, when he suddenly slipped and landed on his butt. His arm got caught and he has fractured his left hand." Read more.

November 24, 2005 - 'Live & Direct' host Rita Cosby had Shar Jackson on her MSNBC program on Friday (November 11) and asked the mother of Kevin Federline's first two children how complicated are things with his wife Britney Spears. "As complicated as I let them be, and I really don't let them be that complicated," she said. "You know, I'm a big girl and I like to handle things responsibly. November 17, 2005 - Shar Jackson tells Sister2Sister magazine she and Kevin Federline were still together, and she was pregnant with their second child, when he and Britney Spears began dating last year. "How do you call yourself a human being knowing that you put somebody else through that pain?" Jackson asked of Spears in the magazine's December issue. "That's a vicious cycle right there, man. November 17, 2005 - Producer Disco D has posted a clip of Kevin Federline's single 'Ya'll Aint Ready'. Disco D said of Britney Spears' hubby: "[Kevin] doesn't even write anything down he just goes in and straight freestyles. You gotta understand the first song we did was the first time my man was ever in the booth. So he wrote 2 songs and then got a copy of fade to black, watched it, and never wrote a lyric down again." November 17, 2005 - Shar Jackson tells Us Weekly that Britney Spears should have known Kevin Federline's parenting skills would be in question following the birth of Sean Preston based on her own experience. "C'mon, kiddo, did you think things were going to be different," Jackson asked. As for whether Federline was a good father, Jackson said: "Kevin was there for [first child] Kori every single day of her life until I told him to go out and get a job."

November 17, 2005 - Us Weekly reports that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's baby boy Sean Preston may be causing some problems for the couple at home. "He's basically doing everything a new dad shouldn't be doing," Us Style Editor Katrina Szish tells 'Extra'. The singer reached a boiling point with her "insensitive" husband, retreating back to Louisiana for a time out."Since she got back from Louisiana, things do seem to be a little bit better," Szish said.

November 17, 2005 - OK! magazine caught up with Holly Robinson Peete for a Q&A and asked the actress and mother of four what advice she'd offer new mother Britney Spears. "When you have kids, you're accountable for your actions, so you've got to be even more concious of the choices that you make," she said. "And I would tell her to take naps when the baby naps. She's going to need her strength!"

November 17, 2005 - In a wide-ranging interview with OK! magazine, Nicole Richie was asked about how her debut album, which she said "should be out next year," and who she looks to as musical role models. "I take inspiration from a bunch of different artists, but I really like Britney Spears as a performer," Richie said. "When you think of pop star you think of her, and she took something that she was really good at and went with it, which I really admire. She puts on a whole show, which is what I would love to do, and whenever she's on tour, I go and see her concerts like three or four times." Richie said the album will be "a mix of pop and funk."

November 17, 2005 - The National Enquirer reports that Britney Spears was able to sneak out of the house to attend a movie with a female friend in Santa Monica, leaving hubby Kevin Federline to tend to Sean Preston along with their nanny. Unfortunately for fellow moviegoers, the singer was anxiously whispering into her cell phone getting updates on how her baby was doing without mom home. The phone chatter prompted some to hiss at Spears and tell her to shut up. Britney suddenly stood up in the middle of the film, apologized to her friend, and left to return home.

November 17, 2005 - ContactMusic.com reports that Britney Spears' representative Leslie Sloane is denying that the singer is depressed due to marriage problems with Kevin Federline, nor did she have plastic surgery following the birth of son Sean Preston. "She is not depressed, nor has she had a tummy tuck," Sloane explained. "She is a 23-year-old mom who was in amazing shape before she got pregnant and was able to get back in shape after the baby arrived."

"And I was like, 'Why are we even having this conversation?' They can't compete with her because they look up to her! The original is back! She put songstress divas on the map. November 17, 2005 - A source tells The New York Daily News that OK! magazine is sucking up to Britney Spears in a bid for getting first access to publishing Sean Preston baby pictures. "We started out making Kevin look like a real ass," a magazine insider revealed. "Britney's people were not happy with the angle, so the story was changed a bit to reflect a happier married life. The tone became softer, the focus changed." A spokesperson for the tabloid responded, "We never do negative stories based on rumors, so there was never any intention of writing something nasty." November 17, 2005 - The Daily Star reports that Britney Spears has kicked husband Kevin Federline out of their Malibuy mansion and has contacted her lawyer, looking into a trial separation. "Brit's had all she can stand of the problems with Kevin. She needs a rest from the war," a source told the tabloid. In addition, Kevin has been furious with Britney for her phone calls to ex-lover Justin Timberlake of *NSYNC. The source added that Britney "explained to Kevin that the split would be temporary, that it would give them some breathing room to sort out their problems. Britney's giving it her all to make things work."

November 6, 2005 - Justin Timberlake is coming to the defense of former girlfriend Britney Spears regarding the alleged theft and unauthorized posting of photos of her and her one-month-old son Sean Preston. "It's a little crazy," the *NSYNC star told 'Access Hollywood'. When K-Fed played the music for his wife, it was greeted with hurtful laughter from his superstar wife, who was unimpressed, according to an insider. "She said his debut CD might sell 'a hundred, maybe a thousand' copies if he was lucky," the source said. "Kevin looked really hurt."
