making the video highlights: oops..

The Oops.. I did it Again video was directed by Nigel Dick, the same director for BOMT. The premise of the video is an astronaut, played by actor Eli Swanson, is flying to Mars only to find Britney Spears is ruler of the planet. Britney plays with his heart yet he returns to earth a happy man.

A rundown of Britney's outfits:
-during rehearsal, Britney was wearing an Abercrombie & Fitch long sleeve shirt with black sweatpants
-before the video is shot, Britney was wearing a white tank top with baggy natural colored pants and is wearing hair extensions as she does throughout the video
-during the Titanic scene, Britney is wearing a leather white top and a black miniskirt.
-during the mars scenes and scenes wear she flips midair supported by guywires, she's wearing a red rubber suit, dubbed Mars catwoman.
-while Britney is laying on a white plexiglass bed, she's wearing a white shiny top and skirt.. errr, raising her legs several times in the video (can we get a close-up =) )

Some additional tidbits:
Britney was real impressed with the topless guys that were brought in for the video and that they really motivate her, as she wishes that she were playing for them. She goes on to say that she enjoys the videos because its like acting and in reality when she meets a guy she is attracted to she gets nervous and gets butterflies and doesn't know what to say.

The video was supposed to be an all nighter, but because of Britney's accident where the camera hit her head and she needed stitches, it was extended a second day.

The video itself turned out awesome, there is some debate whether the song is as catchy or will do as well as BOMT, but personally I'd say the video is much better and no doubt much more expensive, plus Britney looks much more mature and sexier than in BOMT.
