August 22, 2006 - Former 'Baywatch' star David Charvet and 'Rock Star: Supernova' host Brooke Burke have announced their engagement following news that the couple are expecting a child together. Charvet proposed during a "summertime party" he threw on Saturday night, Burke tells People magazine. "It was a total surprise," she said. "It was all very romantic." She added, "He's my best friend."
