December 30, 2002 - The Sunday People reports Caprice has made a New Year's resolution - to stop swearing. She said: "I'm not going to say fu** any more. I'm abandoning that word - and hopefully it's forever."

December 25, 2002 - The Mirror reports Caprice Bourret was spotted leaving The Ifield in Chelsea, chatting on her mobile before being whisked off in a Range Rover.

December 23, 2002 - The Sunday People reports Caprice Bourret, currently in musical Rent - didn't worry about ruining her slender figure at The People's Christmas bash in London's West End, but she did ask me to share a few. She almost put me off my grub though, talking about her Rent co-star Dougall Irvine. Caprice said: "He had food poisoning and had to dash off stage to be sick. He made it back for the end."

December 19, 2002 - Caprice has hit back at rumours casting doubt on her vocal abilities, insisting she does not mime in West End show Rent. Bourret declared that she is singing every night and told her critics: "Of course I'm not miming. Come and see for yourself and as the song says 'take me or leave me'."

December 16, 2002 - The Sunday People reports Caprice split her PVC catsuit at the back at the Press night for the hit new stage musical Rent and was showing a bit more than she realized.

December 13, 2002 - Caprice has fallen for one of her best friends and is happily in love. "There is a man in my life, he's called Alex. He's not famous and I met him when I lived in California a long time ago," she told The Mirror. "I have known him for years and he's my best friend. We get on so well and he supports me massively in everything that I do. We have been lovers only for the last eight weeks but we are taking things slowly - this is one I don't want to mess up."

Well, for a start she's being paid £10,000 smackers-a-week to plant a lingering kiss on the lips of co-star Wendy Mae Brown in West End musical Rent. With eight shows a week, that's £1,250 per kiss.
