August 25, 2003 - News of the World reports Caprice Bourret is to marry her millionaire lover Alex Davis in a lavish high society wedding. Caprice's mother Valerie Bourret said, "To see my daughter this happy is all a mother could ask for. I welcome Alex into my family as the son I never had."

August 25, 2003 - Caprice Bourret's manager Cassie Mead tells Sky News, "I'm delighted to confirm that Caprice and Alex are engaged. This will come as a devastating blow to men across the world but there is always her 2004 calendar due out soon."

August 25, 2003 - The Sunday Mirror has more details on Caprice Bourret's plans to marry Alexander Davis, a fabulously rich student who is only 21 years old. She and Alexander are not expected to marry until he has finished his business studies course in Chicago. A friend said: "Alex has promised his family he will wait until he graduated from college before getting married. They were concerned that he wouldn't finish school if the wedding went ahead now."

July 20, 2003 - Vinnie Jones wants to give model Caprice Bourrett private tuition to turn her into an  actress. The pair are teaming up for new film 'Hollywood Flies' and it's model Caprice's first stab at acting. But married hard man Vinnie has kindly offered to give her some tips. He said: "As the more experienced actor I'll just have to take her under my wing and give her private lessons - in my caravan."
