April 25, 2004 - The Mirror reports Caprice Bourret's acting career looks like it's over before it began. Not only are directors not queuing up to cast her, but she has now dispensed with the services of her long-term manager. "Caprice wants to be taken seriously and is desperate to be an actress. But the trouble is she isn't realistic," a source close to Caprice revealed. "She ditched her modelling to focus on becoming a film star and thought the lead roles would come flooding in."

April 14, 2004 - Caprice is taking time off from designing knickers to appear on a new holiday show on Five called 'Great Escapes'.

April 4, 2004 - The People reports Caprice Bourret was spotted talking to George Best's son Calum, 23, at London's Aura nightclub last week. The pair know each other from LA and were said to be close friends during that time.

March 14, 2004 - The New York Post reports Alex Davis is single again after splitting with Caprice Bourret. "Caprice lives in London, and Alex goes to college [at Northwestern]," one U.S. pal of Bourret noted. "He didn't want to move there, and she didn't want to move here, and let's be honest - it was like she had turned into Mrs. Robinson. He was just too young." A rep for the Davis family, which is said to be "relieved" at the uncoupling, declined comment.

January 30, 2004 - Popbitch.com reports Caprice doesn't use foundation but insists on using Touche Eclat, the under eye concealer, all over her face instead. She gets through a pen a week.
