March 28, 2002 - The Enquirer has photos of Carmen Electra leaving a plastic surgery clinic in Beverly Hills after getting an eyelid procedure to remove the fatty tissue from the inside of her eyelids. A source revealed, "She was nervous and was comforted by Dav Navarro. Up until this point Carmen said the only plastic surgery she's ever had done was breast enhancement."

March 8, 2002 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca reports Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro were spotted dining at Koo Koo Roo in West Hollywood. The pair ordered chicken breasts, green beans and steamed veggies (Carmen opted for mac & cheese), with  Diet Coke as their drink.
