July 24, 2000 - Howard Stern today talked about following the path of the Olsen twins and said he should make a film ''Howard Stern Goes To Malibu'' and hangs out with Carmen Electra. He also was asked why he didn't bang Carmen Electra while he was out in Malibu, to which he responded ''How do you know I didn't?''

July 24, 2000 - Shocking police pictures of Carmen reveal her beating received by Dennis Rodman when the two were arrested in a Miami Beach hotel last November. A tearful Carmen is showing off her fat lip received by Dennis in a argument apparently started when a video featuring her ex lover Limp Bizkit and Fred Durst came on in their room.

July 21, 2000 - More Howard Stern talk today about Carmen, as a listener called in claiming to be at a party in California with Carmen Electra. He said that he had asked Carmen a couple of questions including one about whether or not she'd date Howard. He claimed that she said ''yes''. Gary from the show asked Howard if he'd ''cuddle'' with Carmen if she asked. In this case Howard said he would although he normally is against the idea of cuddling.

July 17, 2000 - Howard Stern talked about Carmen Electra today, saying he'd invited Carmen Electra and her friends to hang out with him in Malibu while he was vacationing there. Howard went on to talk about how hot Carmen Electra is. He said that she was dressed in a little pink dress and pink shoes with pink nail polish. He said she's "hot 24\7".

July 17, 2000 - Star magazine has more details on Carmen's mother passing away. She admits "towards the end, she couldn't really communicate very well or walk very well. It killed me to see her like that." She said she put up a wall so she didn't have to face her mother's death, instead she partied with Rodman.

July 15, 2000 - Carmen apparently was the 3rd choice for Scary Movie, according to a article in the New York Daily News today. Jenny McCarthy was the first pick, but she chased Scream 3 while Melissa Joan Hart was abruptly fired, though no reason was given. [interesting... the Hart story may require some digging]

July 15, 2000 - Carmen is featured in another eBay auction, as this 8x10 shot was taken by photographer Geoffrey Cordner. The print (item #382116193) is bid at $10 and ends July 23rd.

July 14, 2000 - Jared Leto, Cameron Diaz, Tom Green, and Drew Barrymore double-dated this week when they hit the Beverly Connection to catch an evening showing of Scary Movie, reports E! Online's Ted Casablanca. Ted reports Drew was laughing heartily whenever Carmen was onscreen spoofing her role.

July 12, 2000 - Carmen Electra was interviewed by KNDD 1077 FM this morning. She said the worst rumor about her on the net was all the stories about Tommy Lee. Now we're not sure if she's denying everything or just portions of her alleged affair and Dennis Rodman's reaction.

July 11, 2000 - Carmen Electra was on Access Hollywood tonight talking with Pat O'Brien on the beach (wearing a bikini of course). She told Pat she didn't feel weird about making fun of herself, but added that she had nothing to do with making fun of friends like Shaq, it was the writers. She said it feels good to have something happen so positive.

July 11, 2000 - Salon.com quoting Carmen about Scary Movie "I can't make much more fun of myself than this."

July 10, 2000 - A Limp Bizkit fansite is reporting that Fred Durst was with Carmen during the premiere of Mission Impossible II. Durst had dated Carmen in the past.

July 10, 2000 - Carmen Electra told the Toronto Sun that her pet name for
ex-hubby Dennis Rodman is "Little Choo-Choo" and that she teases him about his crazy behavior. She says he's mad because his friends found out about her nicknames for him and they make fun of him now.

July 8, 2000 - E! Online commenting on Scary Movie "The film, which makes There's Something About Mary look tame, features close-up shots of male genitalia and squirm-inducing scenes involving various body fluids--things that usually mean an NC-17." Also, the film features a bare breasted Electra and slipped by with an R rating.

July 8, 2000 - A great picture of Carmen in underwear is up for bids on eBay. The autographed 8x10 (item #371043168) is bid at $18.15 and ends July 9th. 

July 8, 2000 - Carmen Electra talking to Launch.com about her upcoming demo recording, and she's looking for an unusual Latin Shania Twain-like feel for one of her new tracks, saying "I'd like to go more in a direction of Shania Twain--not necessarily country, but more in that direction."

July 7, 2000 - Carmen Electra showing off her bra promoting Scary Movie at the bankrupt Planet Hollywood.

July 7, 2000 - Carmen was on Craig Kilborn on Wednesday although we missed it, her booty shakin dance was replayed Thursday... Of course, she had it going on!

July 2, 2000 - Carmen is featured in an extensive interview in the Post, where she talks about the part in Scary Movie where she says to a Prince lookalike "No, no, that's not him, I f- - - ed him a couple of times, but he's not my boyfriend." She says Keenen made a switch with who was expected to be in the scene "When I found out later that they had used a Prince look-alike, I was a little bit upset because Keenen kind of tricked me into doing it." adding "But then it was so funny that I thought, 'Well I hope that Prince has a good sense of humor and knows that I didn't have anything to do with that."

July 1, 2000 - Reuter's Joe Leydon is giving Scary Movie a decent review, saying "The well-cast leads appear ready for anything -- which, considering what they're asked to do, is a very good thing -- but their unbridled enthusiasm never devolves into self-conscious campiness. They're funny largely because they seem to take everything so seriously."
