February 28, 2001 - Shawnee Smith from CBS' Becker was on the Chaunce Hayden show at eYada.com Tuesday recounting an incident on the red carpet for an event where while trying to get out of the way for Christina Aguilera, members of her entourage physically shoved the actress out of the way.

February 27, 2001 - Sonicnet reports Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Pink and Mya got along well when re-recording of '70s girl group LaBelle's "Lady Marmalade," which will be on the "Moulin Rouge" soundtrack due out April 24. Read more.

February 24, 2001 - Joking about Christina's use of the 'word' hecticity, Conan O'Brien joked Aguilera was the main speech writer for President Bush.

February 24, 2001 - The New York Post's Liz Smith wonders if Christina Augilera has invented a new word when Aguilera told Jan Rivers on the Grammy red carpet "By now I am accustomed to all the hecticity of these events."

February 23, 2001 - Christina Aguilera commented to Access Hollywood before the Grammys, "I'm kind of in between albums right now, so we thought the best way to go medley I had never done for television."

February 23, 2001 - Fashion expert Steven Cojocaru rated the Grammy outfits for Access Hollywood and said of Christina Aguilera, "These are the best shoes of the evening, as far as I'm concerned. The goddess shoe. It starts out good, but baby it gets bad. But she looks like she's being attacked by snakes." February 23, 2001 - An emailer going by 'Summer B' was featured in Ted Casablanca's column this week where she revealed she met Christina Aguilera at a coffeehouse where "She signed autographs but snapped at the barista for messing up her drink."

February 22, 2001 - Christina Aguilera performed two songs off of her Spanish album during the Grammy awards.

February 21, 2001 - Christina Aguilera's mother shed more light on her daughter's favorite food hangouts. Besides the already well known affection for Wendy's, Christina also is a fan of Houston's restaurants. Shelly says, "We go there all the time with her. She loves their chicken fingers."

February 17, 2001 - Metal-Sludge.com has WOLFPAC's Daddy Long Legs commenting on whether he preferred Britney or Christina had a disturbing reply, "Oh so hard, Christina Aquilera probably, she looks like she knows how to get naughty and dirty. Britney is hot but if I had my choice of any of those bubble gum pop chicks I would have to go with Mandy Moore over all of them. Mainly because you know she has never seen a penis and secondly because she is 16 years old and I am a pedophile!"

February 16, 2001 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca is dishing on Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears and the two's treatment of their fans saying, "It's uncontested that Miss Aguilera is the more sensitive of the two. February 14, 2001 - After page load wait times of over 20 seconds on the Christina Aguilera/Shelly Kearns boards on LiveDaily.com, many may wonder if this free giveaway of traffic from Christina-a.com to the monopolistic Ticketmaster site and their gutless, overworked server should be ended. If Al Gomes needs help installing a board (ikonboard v3 preferred), I'm more than willing to help.

February 14, 2001 - The New York Post talked to piercer to the stars, Michael Addonisio, who boasts he pierced both of Christina Aguilera's nipples last May. He reveals, "Christina had to expose her breasts to me, but I've been doing this for 11 years. She was just another customer."  Addonisio added that Christina had inquired about a nose piercing through a friend, but apparently she used another piercer as her nose has already been perforated. Later Tuesday on the Lori Kramer & Richard Johnson show on eyada.com, Richard, the writer of the article commented, "We always knew she was a bit skanky."

February 14, 2001 - Shelly Kearns blasted News of the World reports that Christina was threatening to pull out of the Grammys because of Eminem being added to the lineup. Said Kearns, "You have GOT to be kidding me!! OOOooo, I'm so mad! No, that is most definately a total lie! Gee whiz this gets old and is SO highly annoying! When will SOME reporters stop making things up at will and just stick to reporting the REAL, true things?"

February 13, 2001 - News of the World reports Christina Aguilera has threatened to pull out of her Grammy performance if Eminem is allowed to appear.

February 11, 2001 - Fred Durst commented on Christina Aguilera after the tragic Big Day Out festival on the message boards of limpbizkit.com saying, "I don't have anything to do with Christina A. She is a brat with a great butt!!"

February 10, 2001 - In an abstracts.net poll asking visitors if they believe Christina's mother Shelly Kearns when she denies any and every negative news story about her daughter, a narrow majority of 50.9% said yes, while 49.1% said no. A total of 822 votes were cast.

February 9, 2001 - Salon.com's Janelle Brown is blasting Christina Aguliera in an extensive analysis of teen pop stars. Brown says Aguilera "embodies this frightening lollipop aesthetic, with her strawlike Barbie hair peroxided to a glow-in-the-dark hue and her Skittles-bright tight leather with cutouts and brass studs. The most distinctive thing about Aguilera is her stomach, which is never, ever covered up -- even when she's dressed down, her T-shirt's knotted precisely 5 inches above her bellybutton. February 6, 2001 - Psychic healter Tony Leggett predicts in this week's National Examiner that Christina Aguilera will not only "influence young people in their appreciaton of muic, she will also influence young and old in how to be more spiritual."

February 4, 2001 - Flotsam And Jetsam bass player Jason Ward commenting to Metal-Sludge.com about whether he'd prefer Britney or Christina replied, "Ok I'll let them both do me if you insist."

February 4, 2001 - Entertainment Weekly surveyed Grammy voters for an indication of who'd win Best Female Pop Performance, and voters agreed that Britney and Christina would cancel each other out leaving Madonna and Macy Gray to fight over the award.

February 4, 2001 - Christina Aguilera is featured in a pair of auctions on ebay. The first is a signed artwork and can be viewed here. The other is more Christina artwork, this one features Christina in a Supergirl outfit in a provacative pose (item #551966519). The item is bid at $9.00 and ends February 9th.

February 4, 2001 - Entertainment Weekly gave the Ricky Martin-Christina Aguilera duet Nobody Wants to Be Lonely a C+ grade saying, "...this track from Martin's stalled Sound Loaded is transformed from a sullen romantic proposition to a full-scale power duet. Either way, it's little more than efficient hackwork from cowriter-producer Desmond Child."
