March 30, 2001 - SPECIAL REPORT eYada.com's Joanna Molloy reported in her Thursday show that lawyers for Christina Aguilera have threatened to sue E! Online's Ted Casablanca unless the gossip columnist issues a retraction regarding his story on Aguilera getting breast implants at UCLA.

March 30, 2001 - An ad insider chimed in on the Britney and Christina soda deals saying to the U.K. Daily Star, "The gloves have come off. It's a fizzical battle no one will want to miss."

March 30, 2001 - The New York Daily News reports Christina Aguilera will begin appearing in Coke ad spots in May. During the summer, Coke will offer a prize of $1 million and a chance to meet Christina.

March 27, 2001 - The lines of Coke vs. Pepsi/Britney vs. Christina will apparently cross according to USA Today as they report Coke will activate a yearlong endorsement deal with singer Christina Aguilera. Read more.

March 27, 2001 - During an online chat with E! Online's Ted Casablanca, he was asked "Regarding Christina Aguilera's breasts, haven't they always been a bit large for someone so tiny?" Ted replied, "Can you say pads?"

March 25, 2001 - Deborah Gibson reveals to AP that she's working on a black comedy about teen-star rivalries for VH1's summer original movie series. Gibson says, "It addresses the fabricated rivalries between stars like Britney and Christina (Aguilera), and Tiffany and myself. Rivalries which, in my case, never existed."

March 21, 2001 - Shelly Kearns addressed talk that Christina and Eminem had made up at the Grammys saying at the LiveDaily message boards, "Well actually, there wasn't any need for any formal reconciliation! They never were all that ticked off at each other! Right when it happened way back when they were a bit miffed at each other, but wow...how long ago has it been now? There wasn't anything to make up over. It's mostly just a publicity thing that the media makes much more out of little tiffs that really exists. March 20, 2001 - The New York Post, just weeks after revealing Christina Aguilera's nipple piercing asks, "Which teenage songbird is more perforated than she lets on? She not only had her nipples pierced, but her nether regions as well." Hmm... then again, Aguilera, recently turned 20, is no longer a teen. As we've reported, the nipple piercing story has also been tagged with Britney.

March 20, 2001 - News of the World reveals Christina Aguilera has had her nipples pierced after undergoing the procedure a few weeks ago. Apparently Aguilera is still a bit sore from the procedure.

March 13, 2001 - Christina Aguilera talked about Janet Jackson before her MTV Idol show on Access Hollywood Monday and sporting a huge nose stud that looks almost like a gigantic wart, obstructed in this view.

March 11, 2001 - Christina Aguilera was at the taping of the MTV:Icon Janet Jackson Saturday and on of the LiveDaily message board posters was there. Christina welcomed everyone wearing a black dress and apparently not showing cleavage so the poster didn't notice signs of breast work. March 11, 2001 - Snoop Dogg is making some eye-raising comments to 360hiphop.com during an online chat where he reveals that he thinks Britney would make a better prostitute than Christina. "She's thicker. She'll make more money. I see her selling real fast." Read more.

March 11, 2001 - A pair of Christina Aguilera autographed photos are being auctioned on ebay. The first features Christina blowing a kiss, item #1414783917, which is bid at $9 and ends Monday. The other has Aguilera in a bandana, item #1414800592, which is unbid at $24.99 and ends March 15th.

March 11, 2001 - Christina Aguilera received three nominations for the 2001 Billboard Latin Music Awards in the categories of Pop Album, Female (Mi Reflejo), Pop Album, New Artist (Mi Reflejo), and Billboard Latin 50 Artist. The awards will be held April 29 in Miami Beach, Florida and telecast on Telemundo.

US Weekly's Hot Stuff reports Christina Aguilera shocked those at a photo shoot with X-rated sexual talk as well as a diva-like behavior at lunchtime when she demanded that a sandwich be returned to a nearby deli because the bacon wasn't crisp enough. They also report she was heard arguing with her handlers about her braids as they worried it could damage her hair already stressed by coloring.

March 5, 2001 - Christina Aguilera was awarded GroupieCentral.com's award as Sluttiest Female Celebrity at the 2001 Grammy Awards. The site says, "Christina Aguilera has now joined the Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith Club. In other words, bleach blonde bimbo with obvious breast implants."
