May 28, 2003 - fighter-for-xtina writes "Christina Aguilera was among the many celebrities who donated autographed sneakers to generate funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's (JDRF) 10th annual Walk to Cure Diabetes. The Walk, presented by SuperPages, will take place in Toronto, Canada on May 25th at Ontario Place - Main Island. The expected 7,000 Torontonians will walk the 5-10 kilometers to raise money to help find a cure for juvenile diabetes. Other celebrities who have donated include Bill Cosby, Cher, Tina Turner, and Jay Leno. The sneakers will be auctioned off on eBay Canada until June 10th, and a display of the sneakers, sold and still available for bids, will be featured at the Toronto Walk."

May 28, 2003 - Heat magazine has more details on Christina Aguilera's new flame Jordan Bratman. The singer met Bratman at a management meeting last October, where a source said he made the first move. "At their first encounter Jordan asked Christina if she wanted to get something to eat and, here we are, eight months later, and they are still head over heels," the source says. "He really could be the perfect one for Christina. He may not be the best looking guy in the world, but she sees deeper than that. She really is a smitten kitten."

May 20, 2003 - Bill Hetherman of the Whittier Daily News reviewed Saturday night's 'Wango Tango' event on Saturday at the Rose Bowl. He says Lisa Marie Presley and "Christina Aguilera gave performances that kept this year's so-called 'Ultimate Reality Show' from consummate banality." An artist not getting such a good response was Jennifer Love Hewitt, who Hetherman said, "As a singer, her voice is barely better than that of Kelly Osbourne, who was on last year's Wango Tango bill. May 17, 2003 - Popdirt.com's latest survey asking what you thought caused Christina Aguilera's weight gain had the highest percentage voting for the singer's hard partying lifestyle, getting 29.1% of the vote. Next up was overeating, getting 23.1%. Aguilera's trainer gave the official explanation of a planned weight gain ahead of her tour, but only 13.9% thought that was true. Borden, who says Aguilera was "underfed" before her recent diet changes, explains, "This is the first time in her life she's considered nutrition. "She definitely wasn't picking at her food," a source blabbed. "She seemed ravenous!"
