May 16, 2001 - Daniela Pestova was ranked #53 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2001 edition, voted on by readers. Daniela was ranked #65 last year and Jennifer Lopez was rated #1 for the second straight year.

April 30, 2001 - The New York Post reports Daniela Pestova refused to wear a short dress to last week's unveiling of Gillette's new Venus razor for women at Grand Central Terminal, apparently worried about how her legs looked. Daniela showed up instead in a longer dress of her own.

March 28, 2001 - The New York Post reports Daniela Pestova is interested in having another child in addition to 5-year-old son Yannick and would consider in vitro fertilization to get pregnant if she can't find the right man in the next two years. Pestova explains, "By then, I'd like to quit modeling and move back to Czechoslovakia to have another baby. Having another child is very important to me. I believe [motherhood] is my purpose in life."

January 21, 2001 - Daniela Pestova is featured here in an autographed picture auction on ebay. The photo, item #543541903, is unbid at $18.99 and ends January 26th.
