He laughs, "I was having a conversation with someone in Los Angeles about how glad I was not to be so famous that it changed my life, when, all of a sudden, a girl jumped on me and started trying to kiss me on the lips."

May 22, 2002 - Star magazine has a photo of Elijah Wood squeezing the bottom of his girlfriend Franka Potente.

May 19, 2002 - Yahoo has a photo of Elijah from Wednesday, May 15, waiting outside Grauman's Chinese Theater in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles for the premiere of 'Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones'. Wood was waiting along with friends in lawn chairs. Check out the picture here.

May 16, 2002 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca reports Elijah Wood was spotted "cuddling up with German actress Franka Potente at Toi on Sunset. The lovey-dovey couple shared platefuls of Thai food and giggled like ripe teenyboppers."

May 11, 2002 - US Weekly includes a photo of Elijah Wood kissing Try Seventeen co-star Franka Potente while the two had lunch in West Hollywood. There's some more photos of the message board that were posted also.

May 9, 2002 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca reports Elijah Wood was spotted catching the Buffalo Daughter and Big Sir show at The Troubadour on a Saturday night in West Hollywood. Wood stood in line with pals and was wearing  a brown tee and antique faded jeans and when he arrived, he stayed at the bar for the opening act before heading outside for a smoke.
