Kid wrote a letter to The Source regarding his Eminem comments. Check it
out here.
January
30, 2004 - MTV News reports that Chaos Kid, the friend of Eminem who helped
The Source corroborate its claim that Eminem is a racist, has purportedly
written a letter to the magazine saying he was taken out of context and
that he believes Marshall Mathers is not a racist. The letter was written

writes "50 Cent, Eminem and Dr. Dre are all expected to have new albums
out by the end of the year. But the next big push for hip-hop's reigning
dynasty will be with the dirty boys of D12. Read more."
January 26, 2004 - murderincfan
writes "Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight tells The Source magazine regarding
the Eminem lyrical comments on black women during his teenage years: "First
off, I am definitely supporting The Source on this, because they have been
representing for Hip-Hop since day one. I not only fault Eminem but the
people around him, who knew about this all along-including Dr. Dre. I don't
support anyone who [says they are] down with Hip-Hop and is trying to defend
this racist muthafu**a. I've watched beefs go on in Hip-Hop where guys
are ready to go to war with each other and hold grudges for years, but
this is way worse and some people are ready to dismiss it. My mother is
Black, my sister and my two daughters, so when he talks about Black women,
there is no forgiving him.""
January 26, 2004 - WDIV-TV

She was approached by a man with a silver handgun who demanded her car
and threatened to kill her if she did not get out of the car, according
to Oak Park police. Read more.

writes "The controversial issue of The Source purporting Eminem to be a
racist hit newsstands last week, so it's no surprise that the rapper has
already fired back at the magazine. In an untitled freestyle on the Green
Lantern mixtape 'The Invasion Part Three: Countdown to Armageddon', Eminem
aims to both elaborate on and get past the controversy stirred up by an
old song in which he spit offensive lyrics directed at black women. Read
more at MTVNews."

degrading black women. Check out the cover and comments in the magazine
about the alleged racism from Styles, Crooked I, and Benzino here.

writes "A song from the upcoming mixtape from Green Lantern has leaked.
It is Eminem's latest diss track towards Benzino and The Source. Eminem
seems to have gone back to how he does it best. A bouncy beat with his
classic one liners tearing into the opponent. Download and listen to the
track here."

scene where the hip-hop master is planning to host pals 50 Cent, Christina
Aguilera, Charles Barkley, Halle Berry, Chingy, Eminem, Michael Jordan,
*NSYNC star Justin Timberlake and Pharell Williams."
January 17, 2004 - The Edge
in New Zealand recently spoke with Obie Trice. He talked about Eminem being
more like a brother than a boss, how he met Slim, how he had a karaoke
machine when he was 11-years-old, how he was looking forward to meeting
the Kiwi ladies later that night, a fight he got into at House of Blues
in Las Vegas, and he explained how someone as ugly as Jay-Z landed Beyonce
Knowles. Obie explained his song 'Well Known Asshole', which was in tribute
to his nickname 'Asshole', and he says 'Got Some Teeth' is definitely a
true story in his life. Obie ran down his criminal record and revealed
he lost his virginity at 13 to a 16-year-old girl. Download and listen
to the 9-minute interview here.
January 17, 2004 - Source
magazine now is reporting that Eminem used phrases such as "spear chuckers"
and "porch monkeys" in a 1993 recording session. It’s the third time the
magazine has come forward with charges of racism against the rapper. "We’re
done responding to the Source," Eminem's rep told Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com.
"Eminem has made his statement and he addresses everything in XXL." That
issue of that magazine comes out later this month.
January 17, 2004 - shadyoutkast
writes "Later this month, Eminem will be on the cover of XXL magazine -
the Source's direct competition - addressing the songs and the things that
David Mays and Benzino have been accusing him of."
January 14, 2004 - Despite

had a late breakfast Sunday at the Verandah at the Four Seasons.
January 12, 2004 - The Las
Vegas Review Journal reports Eminem and 50 Cent were spotted dining together
at N9NE (Palms) on Saturday, a rare Las Vegas sighting for Slim. Spies

January 4, 2004 - Christina
Aguilera is featured in an interview with UK Company Magazine, where she
lashed out at her father Fausto and brought some additional heat on Eminem
for his lyrical attack on 'The Real Slim Shady'. "That was disgusting,
offensive, and, above all, not true," she said of the Carson Daly and Fred
Durst oral attack. "If he's going to be immature, that's his thing. I'm
not going to feed into it. Whatever. Maybe he did it to make sure he had
a hit, even at the expense of using other people's names or dissing them.
If that's what you have to do to make a hit record, that's pretty sad.
It's pointless to say anything more about a guy who's basically retarded,
for lack of a better word. When the Eminem controversy erupted, my stepfather
was furious - he was ready to get on a plane and kick Eminem's ass. It's
good to have that support." Check out a transcript of the interview here.
January 4, 2004 - Blender
magazine spoke with 29-year-old fitness instructor Julia Piper, who was
a witness to Eminem's strange behavior at a London nightclub called Fabric
during the summer. "He kept drinking and doing drugs," Piper said. "He
was so hyper and kept jumping up on the speakers and entertaining us wigh
little songs." As for his mooning the club crowd, she said, "He had a great
ass and kept showing it to us. I didn't mind. Another trick was when he
held his breath, as if he was underwater, and looked like a goldfish."
Check out photos of the mooning, and the goldfish, plus other pictures
from the night at RTL.de.
