November 30, 2000 - The war
of lyrics between Eminem and Everlast is continuing with Eminem's latest
song "Quitter" where Eminem goes completely nuts and tells people when
they see Everlast to attack him!

27, 2000 - Dido is interviewed in this week's Entertainment Weekly saying
kind words of Eminem... "He's totally charming, and I get absolutely no
misogynist vibe from him whatsoever." Eminem returns the favor saying,
"She has an unbelievable voice, and her success is long overdue."
November 27, 2000 - Entertainment
Weekly is imagining small sceen roles big name rappers should take, and
for Eminem, they say he could mend fences with GLAAD by coming out
as the slim, shady new boyfriend of Jack on NBC's Will & Grace.
November 27, 2000 - In Spin's
article on Eminem being named Artist of the Year, they quote Charles Barkley
as saying, "You know it's going to hell when the best rapper is white and
the best golfer is black." They feature a 5 page story on the rapper as
well.
November 27, 2000 - Spin
lists The Marshall Mather's LP as the #3 Album of the Year saying, "Best
case: price of outlaws without a clue who's the law. Worst case: a cynic
getting over with five octaves of hate speech." They list The Real Slim
Shady as the #1 Single of the Year saying, "In a world without fake Slim
Shadys, they would have to be invented-except that no one else can do exactly
what he does. So the living doll handles the invention himself, Marshalling
all his voices into an army of me me me. My name is legion. Say my name,
Switch me charis, Tickle me Elmo."
November 25, 2000 - Eminem.com
won the Best International Artist Web Site in the inaugural British Online
Music Awards in London Thursday.
November 25, 2000 - Macomb
County Prosecutor Carl Marlinga is telling Launch.com, "No, we're not looking
to cut a deal. We have a pretrial coming up next week (December 8), and
I told attorneys that he can plead guilty to both or either one of the
charges, but that it would not change our position that some substantial
jail time is appropriate."
November 23, 2000 - Eminem
has been offered by prosecutors to drop one of his two charges if he pleads
guilty to the other, though they're standing firm on recommending to the
court that Eminem goes to jail or has a lengthy period of probation on
the charge. Eminem's lawyers are studying the offer but oppose any recommendation
of jail time.
November 22, 2000 - The Star
reports comments regarding Eminem and Kim still living together may be
part of a legal strategy for their pending divorce, according to lawyer
Neil Rockind, who says "Sometimes by moving out of oa home, one spouse
or the other can be voluntarily abondoning any interest or legal claim
to it."
November 22, 2000 - Porn
star Jenteal rated Eminem a 1 out of 10 for Metal-Sludge.com, 1 being a
scrub and 10 being a hottie.
November 22, 2000 - Eminem
was named overall artist of the year, plus The Real Slim Shady won single
of the year in Spin Magazine's music awards, which will be published in
January's issue.
November 19, 2000 - Everlast
has stabbed back at Eminem in "Whitey's Revenge" where he asks "Will the
real Slim Shady please act up?" and challenges Slim to a fight. Everlast
also terms Em as an "Ecstasy junkie" and of being a mainstream sellout.
November 18, 2000 - Eminem
won Best Album: The Marshall Mathers LP and Best Hip-Hop Artist at the
MTV Europe Awards.
November 17, 2000 - MTVasia
is reporting that the D-12 tour bus was torched last Saturday in Denver,
Colorado which destroyed the bus and $40,000 in equipment. The incident
didn't effect D-12 on the Anger Management Tour.
November 17, 2000 - Rick
Dees again reported the Eminem story that he's dating a 16 year old named

November 15, 2000 - Entertaindom.com
reports more strange comments from Suge Knight, who says Eminem and Puffy
are showing a bad example for kids saying, "They're backed by huge record
companies, who say, 'That guy's gotta keep making me money. He can't do
that from jail.' It's the kids who end up suffering. They do what they
see on TV, get arrested and are represented by some public defender that
has no chance of getting them off."
November 14, 2000 - Eminem
has been nominated for Best Male Artist in the 2001 American Music Award
which will be seen January 8th on ABC.
November 12, 2000 - Eminem
is shown here after lifting his hockey mask in a performance at the Palace
of Auburn Hills on October 29th. Eminem is touring with Limp Bizkit on
the Anger Management Tour.
November 12, 2000 - The Seattle
Times is previewing the Monday Anger Management Show in the Tacoma Dome.
Music critic Patrick MacDonald says of Eminem, "There have been other white
rappers before Eminem, most notably the Beastie Boys, but few with the
gifts that he has. His raps flow with clever wordplay, he sets up little
vignettes that work like short stories, and he turns all the frustrations

November 10, 2000 - Cool
ad for SlimShadyWorld.com in December's Spin, a site which promises to
give $15,000 a month in prizes plus news, chat, shopping, and animated
series.
November 9, 2000 - Gay Boy
Rick was on the Rush & Malloy show today, where he said of Eminem,
"Some of his stuff is really South Park." He thought the Scott Thompson
spoof of Stan was brilliant. You can catch the whole interview Gay Boy

November 9, 2000 - The New
York Daily News today had the much anticipated story on Eminem and Peaches
(they had been on vacation the prior week). While Eminem's spokesman Dennis
Dennehy, insisted that "Peaches" was just a joke hatched on Hot-97, saying
"She doesn't exist." The paper did speak with Peaches on the phone, where
she said "Oh, I exist," and when asked if she knew Em, she replied, "Listen
to whatever his reps say." Peaches said he was still living with Kim "because
of his tour. But I think the divorce is finalized." So do you believe the

November 9, 2000 - December's
Spin magazine said the Redman and Eminem collaboration in Off The Wall
was part of their "Matches Made In Error."
November 8, 2000 - Radio
One DJ's are giving a warning each time they play Stan where they tell
listeners to tune off for 5 minutes if they are offended. A spokesman told
the Sun, "We want to put the song in context. It has a powerful theme and
if listeners feel they might be offended they are being told to switch
off for five minutes." So far, only 2 complaints have come in, one on the
song, one on the warning.
November 8, 2000 - In an
Abstracts.net poll asking if you think Eminem will do jail time, 30.9%
said yes, while 69.1% said no, with 2364 total votes.
November 6, 2000 - According
to RAV, apparently Eminem has refocused his insults at Will Smith, calling
his rap "weak and poppy" and "not the real thing." Smith fired back, "If
Eminem is still here in five years, then we will talk."
November 5, 2000 - Eminem's
Slim Shady Show at slimshadyworld.com premieres on November 7th and will
feature Leonardo DiCaprio getting beaten up by Slim. Also in the news section,
a slight shot is taken at rival DMX, saying the rapper lost his "gravely
voice" and quotes a friend saying "he sounded like f***in Sideshow Bob
from the Simpsons."
November 5, 2000 - Eminem
is featured in an autographed picture auction on ebay. The photo, item
#483160776, is bid at $31 and ends November 8th.
November 5, 2000 - Dilated
Peoples rapper Evidence on the Eminem-Everlast feud in this week's Entertainment
weekly warns, "For Eminem's sake, I hope there's never a physical confrontation.
Everlast is a big guy."
November 5, 2000 - Worldpop
reports that Randy Newman is a big fan of Eminem, saying of the rapper,
"Eminem is a great artist. It's unfortunate his stuff is so rough and misogynistic.
But it's also funny. What he is in part is a really great narrative
comic guy. The language scares people off. They take him seriously when
he's not. But some of that stuff is really funny. I hope he doesn't think
he has to live the life to get respect. That would bring him down."
November 5, 2000 - We hear
from the message
boards that Eminem's lyric notebook has apparently been found, minus
Eminem's CD player and CDs. It turned up in the airport's bathroom, at
least according to a failed attempt to auction
the book on ebay.
November 3, 2000 - Entertaindom.com
reports that now some students at the University of Illinois are trying
to get the Eminem concert their next week cancelled on grounds that his
lyrics violate the university's policy against discrimination. A University
spokesman admits, "We can't cancel the concert now, we're in a contract.
We sold 8,000 tickets in the first two hours of them going on sale, so
although some students are opposed, lots of them want to see the concert.
Universities are about artistic interpretation, and we can't censor a concert.
We are going to have ample security because we are expecting some small
demonstrations."

Ice is warning that his forthcoming album Skabz will include a track where
he puts Em on blast for stealing his blonde hair.
November 2, 2000 - Seems
Eminem lost his lyrics to his upcoming D-12 album while on a Delta Airlines
flight from Cincinnati to New Orleans on Friday (October 27th). A publicist
reveals the notebook with the lyrics has a picture of Britney Spears on
the cover and was in a shopping bag with other music accessories. If you
know of the notebook's whereabouts, there's a "very generous" reward being
offered, just email found@eminem.com.
November 1, 2000 - We've
