November 29, 2002 - Enrique Iglesias chatted with Scott Mills of Radio 1 from Miami Beach and gave his thoughts on his massively successful 2002. Asked about his physical appearance, Iglesias said, "I wake up in the morning, go straight to the toilet then sit in front of the mirror and say 'God, you could have helped me out a little more!'. November 22, 2002 - Enrique Iglesias recently joined Margherita in the Capital FM studios and talked about his duet with Lionel Richie for the new version of 'Escape'. What was it like working with one of his idols? "That's exactly why I did it," Enrique responded. "I'm a huge Lionel Richie fan and I grew up with his music. Just to be in the studio with him and to be able to write with him was amazing - I think he's one of the best song writers of all time, so to be able to write a song with him was amazing. November 21, 2002 - The Mirror reports Enrique Iglesias - who told Emma Jones the other night "I shouldn't be doing this" just before shoving his tongue down her throat - has been calling the 24-year-old non-stop ever since. Meanwhile, soccer star Dwight Yorke also has his eye on Emma. "She knows that things won't be serious with Enrique as he has a girlfriend. And she seems very keen to see where things go with Dwight," a source revealed. "Obviously it's early days as she's only been out on one proper date with him, but she really likes him. Emma is very aware of Enrique's relationship with Anna. But she's flattered he's calling her so much. She's going to meet him at the Top Of The Pops studio and then he's taking her out for dinner." November 19, 2002 - The Mirror reports Enrique Iglesias was ambushed by fans at inside the VIP area of the Mayfair Club at 4am after enjoying cosy drinks with fashion designer Nick Smith, and model Alicia Douvall. "It was pure madness. A load of girls got a little bit overexcited," an insider said. "They barged their way through the VIP barriers and were screaming like mad. They all wanted to meet Enrique desperately."

November 18, 2002 - The Mirror reports Enrique Iglesias had a snog with blonde TV presenter Emma Jones in Barcelona following the MTV European Music Awards in Barcelona the other night. Girlfriend Anna Kournikova didn't accompany him on the trip. "He really fancies Emma and although he tried hard to resist her, he soon gave in and they were snogging away," says a source. Earlier in the evening, Iglesias was attacked by two guests in the corridor. "They asked him where Anna was and one of them then hit Enrique," said the source. November 15, 2002 - Goh Ee Koon of The Star reviewed Enrique Iglesias' Spanish album 'Quizas' released closely after 'Escape' "presumably to capitalize on the rollover success of its predecessor." Koon writes, "Almost uncannily like 'Escape', the selection here is heavy on the ballads and even if you don’t understand the language, the sort of trembling earnestness he shamelessly plugs is done to a degree enough to convince you exactly what sort of a love song he is twanging and sighing about." The paper says the singer "knows to give people exactly what they want -- Enrique Iglesias." The award will be presented to him in a ceremony that will be held in Barcelona, November 28th 2002. 'Premios Onda' are presented every year by Radio Barcelona and Grupo Prisa in recognition of the excellence of the Spanish artists.

She was walking around the floor, talking to people for about an hour before the show and then went backstage to be with Enrique. After the concert, a fan who went backstage and met Enrique saw her sitting with Enrique's abuela (grandmother) and chatting it up with his family and friends. She also said that Anna is gorgeous and that she and Enrique were really sweet, taking pictures with everyone and signing autographs. Guess they aren't denying their romance anymore!"
