December 29, 2003 - The Sun reports Enrique Iglesias has given his tennis star girlfriend Anna Kournikova a $88,000 friendship ring. "I believe in settling down but I don’t think you have to be married to someone to be in love with them," Iglesias said. "I just believe in being in love." As for reports linking him to other women, Enrique insisted, "I’ve read lots of stories about girls I’m supposed to have slept with and it’s just not true. At least they didn’t say I was a bad lover or had a small penis. These girls are attracted to fame. Like being a politician, fame brings a lot of power." Read more.

December 22, 2003 - Radio 1 reports Enrique Iglesias has revealed he did have second thoughts about getting his famous mole removed when he was under the knife. He explained, "I'm a big wuss when it comes to going to the doctor or anything that's to do with knives, so I'm just lying there and the guy's cutting it, and his assistant goes 'Well, my wife likes it, maybe you shouldn't remove it?', and it was half way off and I went 'Stop! Stop!'"

December 18, 2003 - The Sunday People reports Enrique Iglesias will be in trouble with girlfriend Anna Kournikova after giving 22-year-old waitress Danni Blaker a £1,000 ($1,700) tip. "He told me he'd left something extra on the bill," Blaker explained. "But it was only when I took it to the bar and counted it that I discovered he had given me £1,000 too much. I thought it was a mistake and got the cashier to take the money back. A few minutes later he returned and told me it was all mine." Read more.

December 15, 2003 - Ratethemusic.com reports Enrique Iglesias was stunned when a New York radio DJ offered him $1.1 million for his removed mole - but regretted he didn't know what the surgeons had done with it. "The DJ said he had a guy who wanted to buy it," Enrique said. "I went, 'Are you serious?' I don't even know where the doctor put it. My manager has a mole on his bum so we were going to send him that instead."

December 15, 2003 - With reports that Anna Kournikova was dumped by Enrique Iglesias, Graham Hays of ESPN was able to track down the tennis babe's "diary".
