was an MTV special called 'What A Guy Wants' and David Wells, Carson Daly,
Dave Chappelle, Bubba Sparxxx, and AJ Benza all talked about Jennifer Lopez
and her video Waiting For Tonight, #5 on their What a Guy Wants countdown.
They all had great things to say about Lopez.

23, 2002 - Entertainment Tonight will premiere the trailer to 'Enough'
tonight and they spoke with Jennifer Lopez from the set of the film to
talk about her character. J.Lo said of the role about a woman in an abusive
relationship, "It's so funny because one of the things I found in doing
research is women say, 'I can't believe this is happening to me, this can
happen to anybody, you can be in a situation and fall in love and just
give yourself away and be so enamored with someone, and then you find yourself
in this pattern where you can't get out.' It becomes this type of thing
where you start hating yourself in a way and you can't break the pattern.
It becomes something more internal. That is what this movie is about, letting
people know it can be done ... it takes a lot of hard work emotionally
and in this case physically but it's about giving hope and that is why

numbers are out and country singer Alan Jackson's 'Drive' is back on top,
toppling Jennifer Lopez's 'J to tha Lo!' disc. Jackson's disc shipped 184,000
copies while Jennifer Lopez's total slipped to 134,000. Sandwiched in between
was Creed's 'Weathered', which sold 144,000 copies.
February 19, 2002 - Tonight
VH1 will premiere a one hour program at 9/8c called Driven: Jennifer Lopez.
The show will document J.Lo's childhood to current megastardom. The VH1
website has a special section dedicated to the show with her old resume,
head shot, and a written declaration of her goals from 1991. Check it out

reports during a recent visit to New York, Jennifer Lopez loaded up on
a lotion at the Henri Bendel department store buying a case of 'Kiss My
Ass'. On the bottle it says, "This lotion is specially made for soft &
delicate areas that never see the sun. It will make your tush (bootie)
smooth and delicious." The lotion is available in five different flavors
(Honey, Mango, Apple Pie, Vanilla Heaven and Strawberry Milkshake) and
costs $17 a bottle.

Sward of the Indiana Daily Student reviewed Jennifer Lopez's now #1 album
'J to Tha L-O' giving it poor marks. Sward said, "I offer some constructive
criticism: J-Lo, honey...you played Selena in a movie, you aren't Selena

reports Jennifer Lopez will be honored as the ShoWest 2002 Female Star
of the Year, said Robert Sunshine, Chairman of Sunshine Group Worldwide,
which operates the event. Sunshine explained, "Jennifer Lopez has so many
of the qualities associated with classic Hollywood stars. With her record-breaking
hits last year and her upcoming films, this looks to be a seminal year
in what is an already remarkable career." Jennifer will accept the award

Lopez's spokesman Alain Nierob announced earlier today that the singer,
actress, and clothing designer will now make the full Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs
impersonation. Nierob said she "is planning to open a Cuban, family-style
restaurant in Pasadena," north of Los Angeles. The restaurant will be called
'The Mojo Restaurant' and will open sometime in the next few months. Nierob
explained, "This is a very recent project for Jennifer and we haven't had
the time to talk about it yet."
February 15, 2002 - Sal Cinquemani
of Slant magazine reviewed the now #1 album by Jennifer Lopez, 'J To Tha
L-O', giving it a respectable 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. Sal said of the disc,
"In several cases, the refurbished remixes improve on what was originally
less than stellar." He also gave praise to Lopez's husband Cris Judd who
co-wrote 'Alive' to be featured on J.Lo's upcoming movie 'Enough'. Cinquemani
called the track the 'album's biggest surprise.' Read more.
February 14, 2002 - The Jennifer
Lopez remix album 'J To Tha L-O' topped the Billboard charts this week
marking the first time a remix album has debuted at Number One on the Billboard
200. J.Lo's album sold 156,000 copies to beat out country singer Alan Jackson
who's 'Drive' sold 150,000 and dropped from its 3 week run atop the charts.
February 10, 2002 - Jennifer
Lopez tells FHM her J.Lo clothing line has been doing well and when asked
if it would make $100 million in a year, she said, "Yeah, I've heard people
saying that, but I'll believe it when I see it. The clothing is going really
great; it's getting a great reception from the buyers." As for whether
she'll like seeing ugly people wear the line, she said, "We make the clothes
for everybody! It doesn't matter what you look like!"
February 9, 2002 - Jennifer
Lopez has been nominated for the Razzies, aka 'The Stinkers Bad Movie Awards'
for Worst Actress in both 'Angel Eyes' and 'The Wedding Planner' in addition
to Most Annoying Fake Accent in 'Angel Eyes'. You can vote for J.Lo, or
vote for someone else so she won't 'win' here
(you have to pay $5 though).
February 9, 2002 - Catherine
Halaby of the Yale Daily News reviewed the new Jennifer Lopez remix album
'J. To Tha Lo' giving it a weak grade. Halaby said, "Jennifer's sneak attack
at the close of J. to tha Lo is a low moment indeed. Instead of one more
semi-satisfying remix, she leaves us with a taste of unmistakably rotten

Jennifer Lopez was in a panic after losing a $10,000 diamond embedded cell
phone that her hubby Cris Judd had given to her as a gift. The phone also
contained private numbers of family and celeb friends. Retracing her steps,
J.Lo found herself back at a Starbucks and luckily an employee had placed
the phone in the lost and found. Gracious Jennifer tipped the employee
$300.
February 6, 2002 - Jennifer
Lopez is coming out next Tuesday with an entire remix album entitled "J
to the L-O -- The Remixes." The surprise though is that her ex Sean 'P.
Diddy' Combs, along with G-Dep, will be doing vocals on the new remix for
"Feeling So Good."

Jennifer Lopez has commented on winning the FHM Sexiest Woman in the World
for two successive years. Lopez said, "Any woman who says she doesn't like
being called sexy... it's so not true. It's the most flattering thing in
the world. I really want to make it a triple this year." For winning the
honor, the magazine presented her with a bronze Jaguar XKR 3.8. She adds,
"There are only two in the world with the same color and specs as mine."

reports Jennifer Lopez made a visit to he Sean Kelly Gallery in New York
when they were closed and purchased a black and white abstract piece. The
artist, Callum Innes, was blase about the purchase of his work saying,
"What's the big deal? She is a client and one of many. It's not that important
to me that Jennifer Lopez has bought up my work. I wouldn't say that it
was the best painting of my career. I've been more proud of other paintings."
February 1, 2002 - The Enquirer
reports Jennifer Lopez went berserk after her wedding ring came up missing
on the set of 'Gigli', causing the diva to demand everything stop until
it was found. Unfortunately it never was but an insider blasted, "Jennifer
definitely deserves the title of 'Queen of the Divas,'She went berserk
when she lost the wedding ring she handed to someone while she shot a scene
on Friday, January 18. She made the set a living hell." Read more.
