March 31, 2002 - MTV News reports that Jennifer Lopez in on the hunt for a boy, and he MUST have dark hair and an olive complexion. Revolution Studios, producers of J. Lo's upcoming film 'The Chambermaid,' will hold an open casting call Saturday in New York in the hopes of finding an actor to play the singer/actress' son in the flick. March 26, 2002 - Ananova has a snap of Jennifer Lopez and Ali G who are featured in a new campaign for Pot Noodle, where a poodle was dressed up as the pair, as well as Russell Crowe in Gladiator and a canine Nicole Kidman in a Moulin Rouge style outfit. March 26, 2002 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC reports Russell Simmons was with his wife Kimora Lee at the Vanity Fair post-Oscar bash last night where Lee asked J.Lo, "Don’t you want to have a baby?" Lopez responded, "Yes... Just not now." Her husband Cris Judd smiled sadly.

March 26, 2002 - The Sun reports Jennifer Lopez's mother took her Oscar goodie bag. J.Lo said, "My mother opened it the minute it arrived and I haven't seen it since."

March 26, 2002 - Jennifer Lopez has been getting ripped apart for her poofy hair at Sunday night's Oscar awards. Fashion guru Steven Cojocaru told Access Hollywood, "The hair is bigger than the Kodak Theater. They're having the Oscar party in J.Lo's hair. Wolfgang Puck is in her hair making crepes."

March 22, 2002 - Y-100 reports Jennifer Lopez is refusing to walk in the sand during the filming of her movie 'Gigli' with Ben Affleck. One of her handlers has to carry J.Lo from her trailerto the ocean where the cameras are, or 150 yards. After scenes are finished, the poor guy has to carry Lopez back to her trailer. Her co-stars Affleck and Al Pacino think it is ridiculous and have re-enacted the diva by Ben putting foam padding in his pants to emulate Lopez's famous rear end, and having Al Pacino carry him around.

March 21, 2002 - Jennifer Lopez's sister Lynda Lopez called in to the Howards Stern show this morning to promote her hosting of 'Live at the Academy Awards' on the WB. Howard talked quite a bit about her sister Jennifer though and she revealed that no one who is close to Jennifer calls her J.Lo, it's only people who aren't close that do that. As for reports that Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs has hit on her, Lynda said he didn't but she did hang out with him when he was dating Jennifer. Read more.

March 21, 2002 - MSNBC's Jeannette Walls reports that the spokesman for Jennifer Lopez is denying the singer is three months pregnant, as was reported in the British tabloids over the weekend.

March 20, 2002 - MTV reports that Jennifer Lopez's burgeoning fashion empire will now include a line of fragrances with a "fresh, floral bouquet" out this fall. Lopez's Sweetface Fashion Company inked a deal Friday with the Lancaster Group to license her line of fragrances and cosmetics. They will be distributed to specialty and department stores in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, MTV said. Read more.

March 20, 2002 - Y-100's Fay reports with the Academy Awards coming up, organizers are on keeping Jennifer Lopez as far away from Cameron Diaz as possible. Seems Diaz is furious after hearing recent comments that Lopez made saying Cameron was "a model that got lucky." Diaz responded to the diss saying she's just jealous of the $20 million she nabbed for 'Charlie's Angels'. Diaz also said, "People shouldn’t fu** with me like that, I am not afraid to kick her ass and that is a fat target."

March 17, 2002 - The London Star reports Jennifer Lopez is three months pregnant expecting her first child with husband Cris Judd. A pal revealed, "Cris is walking around like a man who has won the lottery." Friends hope the new baby will cement their marriage following allegations that Ja Rule had bedded J.Lo when the couple was engaged. Read more.

March 16, 2002 - Star magazine is making the allegation this week that Ja Rule had a one night stand with Jennifer Lopez. The brief sex fling took place just before she married Cris Judd. Lopez had hoped Ja Rule would have been cool about it, but he's been blabbing his mouth off ever since. Ja told patrons at the 'Enlisted Men’s Club', a strip club, "I fu**ed her, and she was wild!" Everyone has since denied the story.

March 15, 2002 - Splash has photos of Jennifer Lopez and her husband Cris Judd leaving a trendy furniture store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. March 14, 2002 - Conan O'Brien told viewers on his Late Night show on Tuesday the story behind his bumping of his third guest and then minor star Jennifer Lopez on February 13, 1997. Turns out she was furious afterwards and hasn't forgiven Conan for the slight. March 14, 2002 - The Sun reports Britney Spears was furious after Jennifer Lopez wore the identical flowery Dolce & Gabbana frock given to both singers. Britney was told by D&G that she'd be first to be able to wear the outfit, but J.Lo turned up to the Grammy awards wearing it. A source told the tabloid, "Britney was furious, I can't repeat the comments she made." Instead of premiering the dress on Italian TV, she wore a shapeless sparkly outfit instead.

March 11, 2002 - Amy Sacks of the New York Daily News was at the Jennifer Lopez model search Saturday held at Macy's in Herald Square... Unfortunately, Jennifer Lopez herself wasn't. About 800 Lopez look-alikes were there in hopes to be chosen, though some found it was an annoying experience. Judith Fernandez said from the back of the long line, "The whole thing's disappointing." March 6, 2002 - Weekly World News reports UFO researcher and scientist Dr. Henrik Schenkel claims Jennifer Lopez was abducted by aliens when they inserted an undetectable microchip-like device into her rear end. Dr. Schenkel said, "My research leaves me no doubt that there is an alien implant deep in Miss Lopez' hindquarters, most likely inserted during a UFO abduction." Said Ted, "Sorta like Queen Elizabeth does it at Buckingham Palace, ya know? But don't worry: Not until the J-jewels start toting oversize bags (complete with toilet paper, just as QE does) will these babes have gone completely off the royal deep end."
