May 30, 2002 - Star magazine
reports Ron Mucci, who worked for Jennifer Lopez's Madre's restaurant in
Pasadena is going after the star for $376.91 in unpaid wages after he was
canned for being too ugly. Before the restaurant opened on April 12, J.Lo
gave the place an inspection and rolled her eyes at the staff. "She told
the managers we were all ugly," Mucci revealed. "If she wanted gorgeous
models and out-of-work actors, she should've opened in Beverly Hills."
Lopez was so cheap, according to Mucci, that she forced staffers to buy
their own uniforms. "Some of her workers are downright poor, so forcing
them to shell out $100 before they'd worked a day was downright rotten."

May 26, 2002 - Amy Amatangelo
of the Boston Herald reviewed Jennifer Lopez's new film 'Enough', giving
it two out of four stars. Amy said Lopez gave a "perfectly perfunctory
performance" but on the downside added, "As bizarre as this may sound,
Lopez is somewhat reminiscent of a latter-day Barbra Streisand. She seems
more concerned with her appearance than her performance. Even when Slim
is being beaten up by her husband, she has time to reapply her lip gloss.
Often sporting her trademark sunglasses and hip casual attire, Lopez doesn't
look much different here than she did in 'The Wedding Planner' or the 'I'm
Real' video." Read more.

of emotional truth." Read more.

the end.' And I said, 'What about the beginning, ' and she was like 'Hm.'
So later on, I see Billy Campbell, who plays the husband, and he said,
'Your grandmother beat on me.' She said, 'I no like you.' Because she doesn't
