March 29, 2003 - The National Enquirer reports Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have to reshoot sex scenes for the movie 'Jersey Girl' because test audiences aren't finding their relationship believable. The movie producers are asking that Ben and Jen turn up the Sex-O-Meter for the new scenes. The reshoots will cost the company about $3 million.

March 29, 2003 - WENN reports 'In Living Color' writer Robert Schimmel recently had a reunion with Jennifer Lopez, but the TV show's dancer turned diva had no idea who he was. "I said, 'Do you know me?! You ate, like, lunch and dinner with me for a year during 'In Living Color'.'" And she said, 'I don't remember anybody from In Living Color.'" Schimmel says he replied, "Well, I'd get a checkup if I were you, because that wasn't too long ago, and if you can't remember that it could be the beginning of Alzheimer's disease." Read more.

March 28, 2003 - Conan O'Brien joked during his Late Night monologue last night, "It's been reported that Ben Affleck is learning Spanish as a wedding gift to Jennifer Lopez. That's true. Apparently, Lopez is upset 'cause she wanted something she could return after the divorce."

March 28, 2003 - Launch.com reports Jennifer Lopez revealed during a recent Internet chat on her official website that she has recorded a duet with U2 frontman Bono. "I did a song with Bono and haven't released it yet," Lopez said. "We were waiting for the right timing to release it, and haven't released it yet, so it would be great if that saw the light of day one day." March 26, 2003 - A source tells Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com that Ben Affleck has been learning Spanish to please his future wife Jennifer Lopez. The source says J.Lo's relatives speak Spanish around the house, "and now Ben can join in on the conversation." Read more.

March 23, 2003 - The New York Daily News reports Jennifer Lopez and fiance Jennifer Lopez attended ICM Vice Chairman Ed Limato's annual pre-Oscar party at his estate on Friday night. Many celebs including Elton John and partner David Furnish, Salma Hayek, Vin Diesel, and Leonardo DiCaprio attended the star-studded bash. March 23, 2003 - News of the World has a photo of Jennifer Lopez sporting cellulite on her legs after leaving a London restaurant on a recent night out. "I was quite shocked to see J.Lo's legs were like that," an onlooker revealed. "But I suppose if you've got the best butt in the world, you can be less than perfect elsewhere." March 22, 2003 - The New York Post reports Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were recently spotted in Savannah, Georgia, where they're said to have put in a $3.45 million bid on a four-bedroom house. "It's Charlestonian," broker B. Moody of Cora Bett Thomas Realty told New York magazine. "It has a guesthouse and beautiful side gardens."

March 22, 2003 - Us Weekly spoke with Cris Judd who says it's difficult seeing ex-wife Jennifer Lopez and her new fiance Ben Affleck. "I still love her," Judd said. March 21, 2003 - The Daily Star reports Jennifer Lopez went berserk when she lost her $1 million-plus engagement ring down the sink at the Ivy in Los Angeles. "Within minutes workers opened up the drainpipes and managed to locate the ring," said a waiter. J.Lo showed her gratitude by tipping a respectable $750.

March 21, 2003 - WENN reports Ben Affleck has been teaching fiance Jennifer Lopez how to play basketball. "He taught Jen how to shoot hoops," a source said. March 17, 2003 - Ben Affleck spoke with Bob Strauss of the LA Daily News on popular misconceptions about his fiance Jennifer Lopez. "The thing about Jennifer Lopez is that she's somebody who wasn't told that she was super beautiful all her life growing up," Ben explains. "What she trades on and counts on is this incredible work ethic. It's all hustle -- nobody ever gave Jennifer Lopez anything. Nobody ever said, 'Hey kid, you're going to be a star. This world's cut out for Latina women with a different shape than Kate Moss. The whole world's your oyster.' She always knew that if it was ever going to happen, it's all on (her). March 15, 2003 - Globe magazine reports that during Jennifer Lopez's recent promotional tour to Europe, she kept things sizzling with fiance Ben Affleck with hot phone sex. "Their phone sex grew into an elaborate, timed and tender ritual with mood music, candles, bubble baths, special lotions and dress-ups, which Jen and Ben played out in private a contient apart," a source close to J.Lo blabbed. March 13, 2003 - Variety reports Jennifer Lopez is in talks to star with Richard Gere in a remake of 'Shall We Dance?,' a top-grossing Japanese film. The film tells the story of a bored middle-aged accountant who spices up his life by taking dance lessons from an instructor, which would be played by Lopez. The film will be directed by Peter Chelsom.

March 12, 2003 - Conan O'Brien joked during his Late Night monologue last night, "Intelligence reports from Pakistan say that Osama bin Laden is constantly on the move and is always surrounded by an entourage of ten people. That's what they're saying. Yeah, as a result, bin Laden keeps getting mistaken for Jennifer Lopez."

March 12, 2003 - The Daily Star reports Jennifer Lopez has banned Ben Affleck from attending a bachelor party organized by his brother Casey, because she didn't want him flying on new airline Hooters, the startup airline which boasts busty semi-naked air hostesses. After a huge fight, Ben sent the $2000 ticket back to Casey.

March 8, 2003 - AllHipHop.com reports Def Jam and popular Latin dance club Conga Room, which is co-owned by Jennifer Lopez, were hit with a lawsuit by the mother of shooting victim Jerry Bonds, who claims there wasn't enough security at the party where he was shot and killed. Read more.

March 7, 2003 - The Boston Herald reports that rumors Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been back scoping out Trinity Church for their summer marriage are untrue. "They were here quite a while ago, but they haven't been back," said church spokesguy David Trueblood. March 5, 2003 - Cris Judd opened up for the first time about his relationship with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez on 'I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!' last night. Cris ended up winning the event, beating out Melissa Rivers in the final, with his prize money going to the Make A Wish Foundation. The singer discussed with Melissa and Stuttering John how he first hooked up with a burping Jennifer Lopez in Spain and how she flew her family down to be with him during New Year's. Judd also discussed the media frenzy the pair dealt with while together. Judd admitted the two don't really talk anymore saying, "She's moved on, I guess." March 4, 2003 - The Daily Star reports Jennifer Lopez threw a tantrum with beauty salon staff at the Miami Beach Agua Salon after she claimed they'd bungled her Brazilian bikini wax treatment. Lopez later stormed back into the salon claiming hairs remained in "hard to reach places." Staff were too afraid to resume waxing so the diva went home to get fiance Ben Affleck's assistance.

March 4, 2003 - Jennifer Lopez was at Capital FM over the weekend where she was quizzed about her upcoming wedding with Ben Affleck and the press attention their relationship has received. March 1, 2003 - The Mirror spoke with a disgruntled staff member at London's swish Metropolitan hotel who was fuming after Jennifer Lopez insisted that she be moved to another room after learning ex-boyfriend Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs had used the same suite. J.Lo's rep has since denied it happened. "The whole thing was a farce," the staffer moaned. "We had to lug all of her stuff from one room to another - it took for ever. It wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't taken so long to do up the first room just the way she liked it. She was saying that she wouldn't be able to sleep in that room and that she didn't like the view. But no one had the guts to tell her to grow up and stop being so silly. March 1, 2003 - Jennifer Lopez's spokeswoman shot down reports in the British tabloids that reportedly threw a fit when she was checked into the same suite she had once shared with Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs, that only $390-per-bottle Cristal champagne could be served to her and her staff, that the hotel staff was instructed to never address her directly, and to have sushi and chocolate cake available 24 hours a day. ''Gee. Sushi and chocolate cake. Now that sounds like an appetizing combination,'' said the spokeswoman. ''This is all such total bunk.
