November 27, 2003 - The New York Post reports Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are getting help from J.Lo's mother Guadalupe to stick together. Two weeks ago, after the diva gave Ben his walking papers for gambling, Guadalupe stepped in. "Guadalupe loves Ben," one spy said. "She thinks the sun rises and sets on him. Anytime Jennifer has doubts, her mother lets loose on her and tells her Ben is just the best thing that ever happened to her." November 27, 2003 - Variety reports Columbia Pictures has just opened the mega-flop 'Gigli' in that country under the title, 'A Dangerous Relationship.' Ads for the film made no mention of the real title, though the move didn't help the Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck starring flick, as it tanked at the Mexican box office anyways.

November 27, 2003 - In Touch Weekly's Alanna Fincke was on the Fox News Channel to discuss the new plans for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's wedding, which they're predicting will occur in the next few weeks at their Savannah mansion. November 25, 2003 - Convinced that her fiance Ben Affleck had a fling with Ben Affleck before they started dating, Jennifer Lopez flew into a rage when she saw Britney Spears tell Diane Sawyer in her 'Primetime' interview, "Ben Affleck, he's cute." J.Lo, crying on the phone to a friend, moaned, "How dare she?" The source tells Star magazine, "She was very upset and crying. She just kept saying, 'How dare she? On national television? November 25, 2003 - The New York Post hears the real reason Ben Affleck got mad at Jennifer Lopez and "postponed" their wedding was because she somehow obtained his password and checked his e-mails, which included messages from flirting female fans and one he wrote to Jennifer Garner consoling her on her marital split.

November 25, 2003 - Guests were reportedly told about Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's rescheduled wedding on Friday and ordered to keep tight-lipped about details. Despite the orders, one guest couldn't keep their mouth shut, telling News of the World: "They are getting married in Santa Barbara. November 16, 2003 - Star magazine reports Ben Affleck found humor in New York City's Mayor Michael Bloomberg after his fantasy of meeting his fiance Jennifer Lopez was fulfilled. "Ben got such a kick out of the mayor's crush," a source close to J.Lo revealed. "He teased his bride-to-be for days, calling her Mrs. Bloomberg. While they were staying at the Peninsula Hotel in NYC he wrote her a note pretending it was from the mayor inviting her out on a date then slipped it under the door while she was in the bath. November 16, 2003 - The New York Daily News reports that the stresses of a planned second attempt at marriage have led to another blowup between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. The lawsuit, filed on November 13, claims that Lopez and her label, Epic, didn't have permission to make the video, which re-created distinctive scenes from the movie. The blaze left two guests requiring hospital treatment and the rest standing outside in the freezing cold. November 2, 2003 - The New York Daily News reports Jennifer Lopez came out of Bergdorf Goodman expecting to find her chauffeured SUV after congratulating designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana on their book 'Hollywood.' Trouble was, her driver had been parked in a bus lane, so he had to move. Splashed with camera flash, Lopez stepped toward the curb just as an MTA bus was pulling up. "She looked like she was going to pull out a MetroCard," said a witness. "Even she had to laugh."
