December 27, 2004 - The New York Post reports Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted picking out ties and safari-themed plates at Hermes in Bal Harbour.

December 27, 2004 - In preparing to have a family together, In Touch reports that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have been in dispute as to where to have the child. "Where to live, since day one, has always been a power struggle between them," a friend of the couple revealed. Marc wants to raise their family at his New York home, but Lopez "doesn't want to give up her Miami house... It is, like, one of her dream homes." For now, the couple are making decoration changes to both homes, preparing a nursery for each location.

December 27, 2004 - Jennifer Garner has no bad blood for her boyfriend Ben Affleck's ex-fiance, Jennifer Lopez. "You always her horrible things about people, but you can't believe everything," Garner told residents of a home for reformed teenage prostitutes for a Marie Claire magazine story. "Jennifer Lopez is really beautiful and talented."

December 13, 2004 - After nabbing $12 million a film on prior projects, The New York Daily News hears Jennifer Lopez cut her rate to $4 million for 'An Unfinished Life' after her previous films 'Gigli' and 'Jersey Girl' bombed at the box office. A source said, "She felt the role would prove she could act." Lopez's rep wouldn't comment on her salary, but denied that she feels the need to prove anything. Read more.

December 13, 2004 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com reports Jennifer Lopez was in Stockholm earlier this week where she was performing some songs from her forthcoming CD for about 100 VIPs, but cut her visit short due to drunken members of the audience. Three particularly drunk Danish invitees were especially problematic, according to a source. "They asked the Danes several times to be quiet but they didn't listen," the source revealed. "J.Lo was expected to stay at least an hour after they played the songs, but she ran out of the place as soon as she was done." Read more.

December 13, 2004 -  The Glasgow Daily Record reports that after Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony dined at the Ivy restaurant in Hollywood recently, the couple hopped into their car and were about to roar off to avoid photographers when the valet reminded Anthony of the parking fee. "You do know who we are, don't you," Anthony asked the valet, who didn't seem to care and insisted on payment. Anthony had to cough up the cash but wasn't happy about it.

"She was wearing a parka, Seven jeans and pink Uggs," a source explained. The staff "got a chuckle out of the Uggs. Everybody knows that they're so out."

December 13, 2004 - The Daily Star reports that Jennifer Lopez is planning to spend Christmas Day in homeless shelters in the Bronx. "Jen will be taking basic gifts with her and is planning to sing a selection of her favorite songs," a source revealed. Read more.

December 6, 2004 - Us Weekly reports that in Jennifer Lopez's new video for 'Get Right', the diva plays 12 different LA club denizens, including a nerdy wallflower, a go-go dancer, a DJ, and a VIP diva. Hubby Marc Anthony was constantly by her side while filming the promo in Los Angeles last month. "They were really laid-back," an onlooker reported. "There was a lto of goofing around and laughing on the set." And there was no sign of marital troubles either. "They definitely didn't want to spend a minute apart," a source said.

December 6, 2004 - In Touch magazine is featuring Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony on the cover of this week's issue with the headline "Headed for a breakup?" after the married pair were reportedly arguing in public during a lunch visit at The Beverly Hills Hotel on November 17th. A source revealed J.Lo and Marc "proceeded to loudly exchange words for some time on several topics, only taking a break to order lunch. Then Jennifer headed to the bathroom, maybe to decompress." After returning, J.Lo "ate her meal and basically ignored Marc." A Lopez family friend said, "With Jen and Marc, it's about who's the boss. Marc's a take-charge guy, and it's Jen's nature to resist being told what to do by anyone." 

December 6, 2004 - The Sun reports that while staying at the posh Claridge hotel in London promoting her forthcoming album, Jennifer Lopez is desperate to start a family with hubby Marc Anthony and is following a strict regime said to boost fertility. Chefs have been told to serve up herrings, lentils, and nuts in J.Lo's quest to conceive.
