March 29, 2005 - Jennifer Lopez was interviewed by Austereo's Jackie O. last week and was quizzed by the radio host, who is anti-fur, about the use of fur in her Sweetface Fashion line. "If someone would like to educate me and bring something to light that I don't know, that'd be great," Lopez explained to the host, who responded by asking her, "Would you like to be educated right now?" Jackie then went into brutal detail of how foxes are skinned alive and chinchillas are electrocuted. Lopez was silent on the other end of the phone, and apparently angry enough afterwards that she was able to prevent the interview from getting posted on the Kyle and Jackie O. show's website. In a preview of the interview in the Sydney Morning Herald, Jackie simply said, "It seemed like she didn't know about the cruelty associated with it." Read more.

March 23, 2005 - ZDF has added a clip of Jennifer Lopez chatting with Thomas Gottschalk on 'Wetten, Dass..?' recently. Lopez apparently had an earpiece in to get a translation of the German speaking host. Watch it here.

March 23, 2005 - Us Weekly reports that while Jennifer Lopez was happy to pose for the paparazzi recently as she left Le Parker Meridien Hotel by herself, she later exited with husband Marc Anthony, who threw a coat over her head as they jumped into an awaiting car. When alone, Lopez explained to the paparazzi, "Es mi esposo"... Spanish for, "It's my husband."

March 15, 2005 - Jennifer Lopez checked in with KIIS FM on March 1st to talk with Ryan Seacrest about her new album 'Rebirth'. March 15, 2005 - Conan O'Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Thursday night, "Jennifer Lopez's husband, Marc Anthony, says he has painted a full-sized nude oil painting of J.Lo. Yeah, Marc said he used brushes for the top half and a roller for the bottom half."

March 15, 2005 - In Touch magazine reports that Marc Anthony ha done an oil painting of wife Jennifer Lopez in the nude. J.Lo was so flattered by the beautiful portrait Marc painted of her that she hung it in her dressing room at home, according to the tab. A source said, "It depicts Jennifer from her backside... It's very artistic and tasteful."

March 15, 2005 - Sources tell The New York Daily News that Jennifer Lopez demanded all of the 'Today' show's dressing rooms for her performance last week, including Katie Couric's and Matt Lauer's, for her, hubby Marc Anthony, a bevy of backup dancers and manager Simon Fields. A rep for 'Today' denied the claims. "They used the normal amount of dressing rooms for a concert performance. There were two separate dressing rooms. She never took Katie and Matt's rooms," Lauren Kapp insisted.

March 9, 2005 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com reports Jennifer Lopez is about to become the target of a major campaign by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals because she wears so much fur and uses it extensively in her new line of clothes, Sweetface. "There is nothing remotely 'sweet' about the torture deaths of animals killed for fur," PETA Vice President Dan Mathews said. "Jennifer Lopez may be able to get the images of bloody, skinned foxes still alive and breathing out of her head, but we doubt all her fans will." Read more.

March 9, 2005 - Jim Farber of the New York Daily News reviewed Jennifer Lopez's new album 'Rebirth', disappointed with the diva. "On 'Rebirth,' Lopez's fourth CD - in stores today - her overseers have come up with something less stirring than the title implies," Farber writes.
