involved in an accident when a car went "screeeech" right in front of her
vehicle. "It was the paparazzi trying to beat the light on the same turn
with us," she said. "Sometimes they feel like it's a game; like they're

the disappointing sales of Jennifer Lopez's latest album 'Rebirth' an insider
tells The New York Post that the diva has gone $150,000 over her marketing
budget. "You won't be hearing much more of the album after the budget crisis,"
the insider said. The source added that Lopez's dancers recently quit.
"They haven't been paid in like a month."

the Ethical Treatment of Animals are keeping up their campaign against
Jennifer Lopez. "When radio bigwigs read of her callousness, PETA expects
her current single, 'Hold You Down' - which peaked at No. 64 on Billboard
- will fall further down the charts," an animal lover warned Lloyd Grove
of The New York Daily News. PETA's Dan Mathews added: "Lopez may not stop
wearing fur out of concern for animals, but she may out of concern for
her career."
April 5, 2005 - The New York
Daily News reports People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals' hope to
put a full-page anti-Jennifer Lopez ad in Billboard magazine were squashed
after power publicist Nanci Ryder of Baker-Winokur-Ryder pressured the
publication not to run it. "I'm doing my job, which is protecting my client,"
Ryder said. Now PETA is declaring full-scale war on J.Lo, e-mailing the
ad to hundreds of radio stations around the country while planning a huge
protest for the 'Monster-in-Law' premiere. Read more.
April 5, 2005 - A portion
of the Jennifer Lopez interview on the Kyle and Jackie O. show has been
posted over at PETA's anti-fur website, JLoDown.com. The singer justifies
the use of fur in her Sweetface Fashion line, but Jackie took the oportunity
to educate her on how that fur is obtained. The entire interview has yet
