July 17, 2003 - Jeannette Walls of MSNBC.com reports that Jennifer Love Hewitt and Orlando Jones were spotted looking quite cozy at Los Angeles restaurant G. Garvin’s. "They arrived separately, but sat very close and it wasn’t due to lack of space," reports a spy, who added that J-Love and the former 7-Up pitchman "were acting as though they were really into each other — touching, looking, laughing."

July 11, 2003 - Carson Daly stopped by Late Night with Conan O'Brien on Wednesday to promote the MTV Bash special for him that aired last night. He talked a bit about how Britney Spears gave him a rough time at the roast, but Carson later returned the favor. He also talked about ex-girlfriends Tara Reid and Jennifer Love Hewitt. July 1, 2003 - Access Hollywood was on hand for Carson Daly's MTV Bash, where the TRL host asked how former girlfriend Jennifer Love Hewitt got along with his parents on the red carpet, the first time they'd spoken since their breakup. Meanwhile, Britney Spears remarked, "He is a man who goes out of his way, especially for the less fortunate, young, attractive women, who would do anything for a concert ticket or a backstage pass." July 1, 2003 - Turnabout is fair play as Carson Daly found out on Saturday night, when Britney Spears, Jon Stewart and former girlfriends Tara Reid and Jennifer Love Hewitt roasted MTV's most famous host at a comedy concert. "That's pretty much how it's going to go tonight," Carson told Entertainment Tonight. "Imagine having all of your ex-girlfriends under one roof. Good times." Britney Spears, who also took part in the roasting, told ET, "We're here to honor him by dishonoring him. June 3, 2003 - The New York Daily News reports Jennifer Love Hewitt was at Lucky Cheng's on Wednesday with boyfriend/actor Kip Pardue and her mother Pat Hewitt. J-Love's cross-dressing cocktail waitress Delta is an old-friend and said, "I used to be her florist. I sent flowers once a week or so to Carson Daly and her other boyfriends.
