July 26, 2004 - Jessica Alba tells The New York Daily News she's determined to vote in November for the first time in a presidential election, even though she'll be filming 'The Fantastic Four' in Canada. While Alba wouldn't reveal if she's voting for President Bush or John Kerry, she did give a pretty good hint: "I don't want to upset my family. My family believes the opposite of what I believe. ... They're all Republicans."

July 19, 2004 - Jessica Alba signed a baseball at the Detroit Tigers and New York Yankees game in Detroit on Thursday (July 15). Yahoo! has since removed the pictures.

July 12, 2004 - Star magazine reports that Jessica Alba was recently spotted with Derek Jeter on June 18th at Hollywood's Spider Club, and then Hollywood's XES club the next night. "She was touching him, flirting with him and totally batting her eyes at him," a witness revealed. But Alba also was spotted dirty dancing with her 'Into the Blue' co-star Paul Walker at Spider Club, and she's also recently been linked with Scott Caan.
