December 21, 2002 - Jessica Simpson spoke with Entertainment Tonight about her husband Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees. "Nick is a very man's man," Jessica said. "He will just go to Rite Aid and get his lotion and shaving gel. He's not into this stuff, so I always try to go makeup shopping without him." November 24, 2002 - The *F*R*I*E*N*D*S Princess on the official Jessica Simpson message board writes that her friend Allison helped check out Jessica and husband Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees at a grocery store, where they bought a 36 pack of beer (does that size even exist?) and a bag of chips and salsa, amongst other items. She writes, "She said there was a few other things but not much. and my friend just said 'How are you tonight?' and Jess said 'Good thank you, and you?' and my friend said 'Good'. and then my friend said 'I can't really lift that, so I'll leave that to you' and he laughed and said ok. She was talking about the beer thing lol. And she asked if they needed help to the car, and they said 'no thanks' hehe. I thought it was cool." Read more.

November 15, 2002 - Globe magazine reports a source who visited the bedroom of 98 Degrees star Nick Lachey months before his marriage to Jessica Simpson, and saw used condom wrappers, crumpled his-and-hers underwear, morning-after pills, and empty beer bottles strewn about the room. "I never actually saw them 'do it', but I do know they often shacked up together months before their nuptials," blabbed the snoop. "Their underwear was in each other's beds and I'd always walk in and see used condom wrappers in Nick's room." The spy says six of a 12-pack of morning-after pills were missing.

November 15, 2002 - The National Enquirer quotes Jessica Simpson talking about one of her most embarassing school moments saying, "The first day of seventh grade, I was very nervous. The teacher said to raise your hand if you knew the continents. I said, 'A, E, I, O, U.' Those aren't even consonants, they're vowels!"

November 9, 2002 - Jessica Simpson's squeaky clean image went out the door at her October 24th bachelorette party, according to People magazine. The surprise bash was held two days before Simpson's wedding to 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and was thrown by the bride-to-be's mom, Tina Simpson, and sister, '7th Heaven' star Ashlee Simpson, at the Whiskey Bar in Austin, Texas. While only a few of the 50 female guest nibbled on phallic-shaped candies, Simpson happily played along with everything thrown at her -- including a male blowup doll. Two female belly dancers and three male exotic dancers rounded out the evening's entertainment.

November 8, 2002 - Star magazine has more details on the wedding of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees. The $200,000 twilight extravaganza, held at Austin's Riverbend Church on October 26, was everything Jessica wanted it to be. "She was beaming from ear to ear," says a source. November 1, 2002 - Lukeford.com reports that before Jessica Simpson tied the knot with 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey, she enjoyed a bachelorette party in Austin, Texas, that was apparently pretty wild, thanks to a male midget stripper and porn star who calls himself 'Napoleon'.
