December 10, 2005 - TMZ.com has learned exclusively that before Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson got married, he not only asked his future bride to sign a prenup, he actually had the papers drawn up, but Jessica refused to sign. Under California law, since the couple did not sign a prenup, earnings during the marriage are divided 50/50. When I open the magazine and say, 'Oh, they all look exactly like her.' They're too skinny, they're blonde, and they all look exactly alike and they have three names. And they're 19. So it's completely irrelevant." The comic actress added, "I didn't really follow that. And I know they're getting divorced, which is always very sad."
