November 19, 2000 - Jessica Simpson and Epic Records Billy Gilman will entertain the crowd at the halftime show of the Dallas Cowboys' Thanksgiving game which will be broadcast on FOX. She'll perform "I Think I'm in Love With You."

November 5, 2000 - CosmoGirl has announced that Jessica Simpson will be one of eight women included in the first ever CosmoGIRL! of the Year Issue which hits the stands November 7th. They call Simpson, "The Idealist."

November 5, 2000 - Mandy Moore and Jessica Simpson will host the Z100's seventh annual Jingle Ball 2000 to be held December 14th at Madison Square Garden in New York. A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to the Ronald McDonald House and PAX charities.

November 4, 2000 - More comments on weight from Jessica Simpson, who's blasting the Hollywood skinny look, as MTVasia.com reports her saying, "I don't think it's attractive at all. I mean, I have breasts and hips. I couldn't be that toothpick thin! More toned, okay, yes!"
