May 19, 2003 - 'Buzzword'
played just the way Josh Hartnett liked it at the Pillsbury House Theatre
in Minneapolis. In the seventh year of the Chicago Avenue Project, pairing
young performers with pros, Hartnett mentored Jordan Allen, 9. Jordan and
Hartnett were directed in the play called 'Buzzword' by Josh's girlfriend

reports Josh Hartnett and girlfriend Ellen Fenster are putting the finishing
touches on a $2.4 million Victorian mansion on the Lake of the Isles in
their native Minneapolis that they purchased last July. "This is where
he plans to raise his kids," said a source.

York Post reports Josh Hartnett was spotted showing dedication to his indie
films and to his hometown, introducing "Blue Car" at the Minneapolis Film
Festival.

Ted Casablanca reports Josh Hartnett was spotted passing notes with a wholesome-looking
blonde on the set of his latest flick, 'Wicker Park', filming in Chicago.
Hartnett was dressed in a gray pinstripe suit with a blue shirt and navy
tie. When he wrapped up shooting, Josh scurried over to a mystery sweetie
to take a note from her hand. Hartnett gave her a special smile after reading
her love letter, and the two headed for the trailers with a few crew types
close behind.

Post reports Warner Bros. suits are said to still be smarting over heartthrob
Josh Hartnett's decision to pass on the 'Superman' project.
March 3, 2003 - The Las Vegas
Review Journal reports NASCAR scuttlebutt has Britney Spears interested
in having Josh Hartnett or Mark Wahlberg co-star with her in the NASCAR
film she's producing this spring. She plays the daughter of a NASCAR team
owner.
