November 30, 2001 - CDNow's Miss Truth is asking if the promo commercial for the MTV Secret Santa with 'NSync Sweepstakes featuring Joey Fatone of *NSYNC holding a clump of mistletoe between his crotch and asking women in hot pants "Who wants to kiss the mistletoe?" is too racy. She said, "We're certainly not prudes here or anything, but, when the majority of your fans are 10-year-old girls, we'd think any blow job references would kind of be a pretty big no-no. Don't ya think?"

November 30, 2001 - The New York Daily News reports Elton John was amazed at *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake who copied his mannerisms to a T as he played Elton in his new video for 'This Train Don't Stop There Any More'. Said video director David LaChapelle, "I thought I'd have to coach Justin, but he ended up blowing everybody away. He knew so many of Elton's mannerisms. Even Elton said, 'My God, the hair stood up on my neck.'" Read more.

November 30, 2001 - ABC News spoke with Britney Spears' competitor on Star Search when she appeared at the age of 11 against 12-year-old Marty Thomas. Thomas beat Spears in the competition but in the long run Britney by far has enjoyed greater success. But is Thomas jealous? "There's always going to be a certain amount of, 'Man, I wish that were me.' But I've never for a minute felt jealous of it. I've never for a minute felt anything but sheer pride for her." November 29, 2001 - *NSYNC were nominated for Favorite Musical Group for the 28th annual People's Choice Awards which will be telecast live on CBS on January 13.

November 29, 2001 - The Las Vegas Review Journal reports a newly bald Joey Fatone of *NSYNC was spotted showing eight buddies of his a tour of Vegas on Monday including Speed the Ride at the Sahara, NASCAR Cafe for lunch, the Big Shot and High Roller at the Stratosphere and the Scintas. If you spot a photo of the now head shaven singer, be sure to pass it along.

November 24, 2001 - Tony Potts of Access Hollywood talked with *NSYNC about their CBS special Friday that took place in the Bahamas where Justin Timberlake said, "It's just more intimate. It's not the Pop Ddyssey tour. It's, you know, we got about 2,000 people right down on the beach."

November 21, 2001 - There was a guy on Dees Sleaze today talking about how Britney Spears was out all night and "partying a little too hard" at the CD release part for *NSYNC earlier this year.

November 21, 2001 - The Enquirer reports Britney Spears is telling her friends to leave Valentine's Day open as she and *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake plan on getting married on the romantic day. An insider revealed, "Britney refuses to say where the ceremony will be, but she promises it will be the most romantic wedding ever!"

November 20, 2001 - The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Britney Spears and *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake stayed at Rio's Palazzo Suites during their stay in Vegas over the weekend but didn't attend the Maxim magazine party there on Saturday. Britney was spotted at the Velvet Lounge (The Venetian) on Friday for the 19th birthday of her choreographer, Wayne Robinson.

November 19, 2001 - Pop Stars magazine talked with *NSYNC about what artists they would recommend and their responses were R&B all the way. JC said "Jill Scott" while Joey said "Alicia Keys". As for Lance, he replied "Nikka Costa - I just got the album yesterday and I listened to the first side and thought, 'Hey, this is pretty good,' Then I listened to the whole album and was like, 'This is good.' And Alicia Keys!"

November 17, 2001 - Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC is featured in this week's US Weekly which profiles celebs who went from 'Rags To Riches' as he admits, "It's absurd to have gone from totally poor to totally rich. I wake up in my house in the middle of the night and go, 'Whose house is this?'" As for his spending habits now that he's wealthy, he insists, "I have a financial adviser who won't let me do anything. He's so tight that if I go through the drive-through, he makes me call him if I wanna supersize."

November 17, 2001 - Peoplenews.com reports *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake has been cast by Elton John to star as a younger version of himself in his new video. Timberlake will don sideburns, flares and platform shoes to represent a 70s version of the singer, and will be joined by Paul Reubens, better known as Pee Wee Herman. The format of mouthing to Elton's music will be similar to the Robert Downey Jr. version of his song, 'I Want Love'.

November 14, 2001 - Among the pop acts with nominations for this year's American Music Awards show on January 9, 2002 are *NSYNC, Jennifer Lopez (by the way, Puffy is hosting), Janet Jackson, Shakira, Enrique Iglesias, and Nelly Furtado. Read more for a full list of nominees.

November 14, 2001 - The Miami Herald's Evelyn McDonnell was at the free *NSYNC show on Sunday in Miami Beach. Evelyn implicates the band lip-synced their performance saying, "their vocals impossibly harmonized as they aerobicized their way through the evening's upbeat numbers." Though on the bright side, McDonnell added, "At least the group played with real musicians. The rest of the evening's performers -- including R&B belter Deborah Cox and Britney wannabe Willa Ford -- all sang over prerecorded backing tracks that sometimes broke down." Read more.

November 13, 2001 - Radio 1 talked to *NSYNC's Joey Fatone following their show in Miami Beach Sunday where he admitted that he and his bandmates are ready for a break. Joey says, "Obviously there are some times where all of us are like, 'hey, we need a break.' We gonna have hopefully a little more time off - and then hopefully do some promotion in Europe." November 13, 2001 - For five weeks beginning Saturday, Nov. 24, *NSYNC bobbleheads will be available at Best Buy stores nationwide for $9.99, with a minimum $25 purchase and a limit of one bobblehead per person per purchase, while supplies last. Best Buy will dedicate $1 million in proceeds from the *NSYNC bobblehead collectibles to New York City relief efforts. Joey Fatone, Jr. of *NSYNC said of the partnership, "We're pleased to partner with Best Buy on this unique and fun promotion for our fans in time for the holidays. November 12, 2001 - Reuters talked to *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake ahead of their free show Sunday which was likely to draw 250,000 today. Timberlake said, "If our music helps us forget about the sad times I think it makes the hard work we do worth it. We're all the same, we're all humans. I think it's the bigger picture - it's not about us, it's about 'us.''' Read more.

November 11, 2001 - Rolling Stone talked to *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake for his thoughts on a favorite song and Justin had great things to say about Alicia Keys, "I really like Alicia Keys. Not becuase of the record; she just has a vibe about her that good people have. That impressed me, especially becuase when I met her, her head was completely spinning, you know, from how her record was blowing up. We were recording the 'Whats going on?' record. I also really like Maxwell's song 'Lifetime'. It reminded me of Sam Cooke or Al Green, all the stuff I grew up on."

November 10, 2001 - Jay Leno joked during his Friday monologue, "Osama bin Laden released another video yesterday. This one shows four of his sons dancing around the wreckage of a U.S. Helicopter. One of our helicopters crashed. Luckily, our men were saved. Nobody was injured. But they showed his sons dancing around the wrecked helicopter. I believe his son's are Lance bin laden, Joey bin laden and J.C. And Justin bin Laden. They call themselves 'bin Sync,' if I'm not mistaken."

November 10, 2001 - NSYNC will take part in a headlining show at the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island in the Bahamas titled, *NSYNC LIVE! THE ATLANTIS CONCERT. The show will feature not only *NSYNC, but performances by Tim McGraw. The event takes place on November 14th and 15th and will be broadcast on CBS on November 23 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT). Read more.

November 10, 2001 - The Miami Herald reports *NSYNC hopes to draw 250,000 fans for it's free weekend concert on Miami's South Beach on Sunday. The show is being staged to help the local economy while raising money for victims of the September 11 attacks. *NSYNC has waived their appearance fee but staging the concert will be expensive. Ten blocks in the area will be cordoned off for the show. Read more.

November 9, 2001 - The liner note message addressed to *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake in Britney Spears' latest CD 'Britney' refers to him as 'J' saying, "You're the one I love -- the one I live for -- the one I can't live without."

November 9, 2001 - USA Today talked to *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears at her launch party Tuesday in New York where Justin kept mum on what he planned for Britney's 20th birthday present December 2. Timberlake said, "I'm not going to tell you! I can't give it away!" Stay tuned.

November 9, 2001 -  MTV reports Christina Aguilera and *NSYNC will perform during the Games' closing ceremonies in Salt Lake City on February 24. Also performing at the University Of Utah stadium will be Bon Jovi, Harry Connick Jr., Josh Groban, and Charlotte Church. Probably better to just watch on TV as tickets for the ceremony range between $320 and $885.

November 8, 2001 - The New York Post is reporting pop couple Britney Spears and *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake were a nightmare during their stop at B Bar's weekly Tuesday night Beige party, where they not only were rude to the staff but left without paying their bill. A witness told the Post, "The poor waiter had to run out and bang on the window of their car to get them to pay." Read more.

November 8, 2001 - The New York Daily News reports Britney Spears was spotted chatting with Monica Lewinsky about fashion at Henri Bendel last weekend. Britney was with *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake at the store. No word if that fashion talk included the two discussed getting incriminating stains out of dresses.

November 8, 2001 - Entertainment Weekly talked to Miramax execs and ''On the Line'' producer Wendy Thorlakson, one of Bass' partners in his film production company, A Happy Place about why the film didn't fare so well at the box office. David Brooks at Miramax said, "That first-choice drive to come see the movie never really got there. It just never was quite big as we thought.'' But Wendy countered, "We were really disappointed with the [number] of screens and the lack of ad buys, because people didn't know it was out there, and even if they did, they couldn't find it.'' November 7, 2001 - Isaac Guzman of the New York Daily News chimed in on Britney Spears' new album, 'Britney.' Guzman admits while it is better than her previous efforts considering the willingness to experiment with new sounds and styles, it show an "utter lack of any personal insight." As for the Justin Timberlake featured track, Guzman added, "[Justin] and Wade Robson re-create the skittering beats of "Celebrity" with an unexceptional vocal effort by their star." November 7, 2001 - WENN reports Lance Bass still wants to get the already shelved Grease 3 project off the ground but admits, "What put 'Grease 3' on the backburner was we discovered so many people own the rights to different things. One person owns the name and somebody else one owns the T-Birds and still another person owns the music. So, eventually no one really wanted to deal with it. It was proving too much of a hassle, but I think we'll definitely take another look at getting it made." Read more.

November 6, 2001 - Jay Leno joked during his monologue on Monday, "Hey, how about this? Virgin Britney Spears -- did you hear about this? That's what she called herself. She's a virgin. That's what she said. She was spotted in a Santa Monica strip club the other day with her boyfriend, Justin Timberlake -- you know, from NSYNC? She said she was there looking to learn the dance moves from the strippers. She was watching the strippers put on the dance moves for her act. And she said it was nice of her boyfriend Justin to go along and support her. What a hell of a guy, huh? You see what I'm saying? Yeah, there you go. What a terrific guy. 'Honey, you keep watching. I'm gonna be gettin' a lap dance in the corner here. You keep your eye on --'"

November 6, 2001 - All of the promoting that *NSYNC's Justin Timberlake has been doing with girlfriend Britney Spears over the weekend may be caused by his glaring omission when asked by Cosmopolitan magazine, 'Who are the sexiest women in the world?' Justin replied that 'Beyonce, J. Lo and Janet' were on the list, but left out Britney.

November 5, 2001 - Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears were at Z100 radio in New York and someone was kind enough to write up a transcript. Justin didn't want to promote *NSYNC but his girlfriend's new album saying, "Man I'm not here to toot my own horn. I'll toot her's. Oh don't take that the wrong way."

November 4, 2001 - Yahoo has a photo of Justin Timberlake sitting courtside at  the Memphis Grizzlies' home opener against the Detroit Pistons in Memphis, Tenn. on Thursday. Check it out here.

November 4, 2001 - News of the World's Rav Singh talked to Britney Spears who revealed she and *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake hope to marry in 2002. Spears said, "I love Justin and want to spend the rest of my life with him. I want to grow old with him. I couldn't ask for a kinder and lovelier boyfriend. We are going to get married. We were thinking about next year but it all depends on our schedules, really." Read more.

November 3, 2001 - Justin Timberlake was on BET's 106 to talk about their latest song 'Gone' and how it has become an urban hit. Justin admits that after filming the video, he did get flack from Britney but he didn't feel the same for her videos with other men saying, "You can't, you can't. I know she didn't mean it, and she loves me with all her heart."

November 2, 2001 - Jive records announced the soundtrack for "Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius" due November 20 which includes many of the label's known heavyweights. The animated movie opens in theaters on December 21. Read on for a track listing.
