"Those guys were off the charts," Monroe said. "I took them to 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show' a few times, and just getting them back to the Doubletree Guest Suites after an appearance was an issue. Girls would run out in front of the limousine or chase the car all the way from the NBC studios down Broadway. Once after I got the band members out of the limousine and safely into the hotel, I turned around and 15 girls were jumping into the car screaming, 'Oh my God, they sat right here!' They were trying to rip the seats out of the limo. It was crazy. They were nice guys though and good tippers. January 17, 2003 - Joey Fatone of *NSYNC tells MTV News that he has agreed to appear in a sitcom based on 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding'. "I actually talked to Nia Vardalos, who wrote it and produced it, and she told me she might be doing a TV show," Fatone explained at Monday's American Music Awards. "I was like, 'Let me know. I'm in.' We're taking a break right now with 'NSYNC and going to start writing in September, so I would love to do a couple of episodes." January 7, 2002 - The Las Vegas Review Journal reports hard partying Tara Reid was drowning her sorrows at the Palms resort over New Year's because of a fight with *NSYNC star JC Chasez. Tara left Miami, where the couple were to spend New Year's Eve, and instead spent most of her three days in town with Palms resort owner George Maloof, who reportedly put her up in the $7,500-a-night 'Real World' suites. Asked to comment on the rumored romance, Maloof borrowed JC's line and said, "We're just friends."
