November 29, 2004 - Us Weekly reports that Justin Timberlake wasn't looking too happy after getting served with legal papers on the set of his new film 'Alpha Dog' on November 16th, stemming from his fracas with two paparazzi. "Justin didn't say anything," a witness revealed. "He just sat there in total shock as if he was going to cry." A source said the *NSYNC star wasn't too happy either about how the summons managed to reach him on the set. "He was really pissed and wondering how his bodyguard allowed these people to get so close to him," the insider revealed.

November 29, 2004 - JC Chasez took girlfriend Eva Longoria to Chi restaurant earlier this month where they hung out with JC's *NSYNC bandmates Lance Bass and Justin Timberlake. "You can tell she's making an effort to win JC's friends," an onlooker remarked. "And it looks like they approve!"

November 29, 2004 - Kevin Spacey spoke with Radio 1 about working alongside *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake on his big-screen debut 'Edison'. "Justin was very serious about taking this role on," the Oscar winning actor said. "I think he was smart, in that he didn't try to do a movie that was shaped around him, or where he had to play a musician. I think it was smart of him to take on a role of a journalist, and a journalist who hasn't proved himself yet. It's kind of a good role because he's an actor that hasn't proven himself yet. We did have a very nice time working together and I think he's being smart about wanting to carve out a career for himself after this pop idol stuff is done." 

November 29, 2004 - Anonymous writes "Alot of people wonder why Justin Timberlake prefers to sit in the shade, avoids the sun in most cases, and prefers to occassionally visit the beach. The reason? The 23 year old has been taking Accutane the last 2 years to avoid acne breakouts. As a young adult, the *NSYNC star suffered from pimples in his teenage years and today goes to all extincts to avoid breakouts. Most cases he keeps a strict and healthy diet, drinks minimum 8 classes of water and keeps very minimal consumption of alcohol (most clubs lately he drinks only water bottles) Under accutane prescription the young Hollywood store is set to only occassionally receive limited sun exposure. November 22, 2004 - Justin Timberlake's rep Ken Sunshine lashed out at Us Weekly editrix Janice Min and Star magazine's Bonnie Fuller for paying big fees to the paparazzi for photos of celebrities. "I have said to Janice, somebody is going to die the way Princess Diana did and when that happens, I hope you can look at yourself in the mirror because once and for all we've got to cut out the income stream that keeps these maniacs from making a lot of money," Sunshine fumed. Min countered, "I find Ken's sanctimony really interesting when he has a client, Justin Timberlake, who staged a paparazzi photo with Us because he wanted to be on the cover." Read more.

November 22, 2004 - Though there have been rumors Lynn Harless is upset that her son Justin Timberlake of *NSYNC is dating Cameron Diaz, she tells In Touch magazine that it's not the case. "How can you not like someone that makes your son so happy," Harless asked. As for reports that the couple are close to ending their romance, a friend of Lynn added, "Of course they're still together. Anyone who says different is lying."

November 22, 2004 - Us Weekly reports that Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz's dust-up with the paparazzi, which has since resulted in a lawsuit, "may push Timberlake to finally end their 17-month relationship." A source close to the *NSYNC star explained: "He just had his second acting role, and he doesn't need bad press. This is what happened with [Britney Spears]; she was becoming a liability. He's not going to let [Cameron's] behavior reflect on [his career]."

November 15, 2004 - The Daily Star reports *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake is delaying the release of his autobiography to rework chapters regarding his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears. "We hope he doesn't change too much as the first version was really amazing - although it may upset Britney," a source revealed.

November 15, 2004 - The Associated Press reports Cameron Diaz and her *NSYNC boyfriend Justin Timberlake are being sued by two photographers for assault and battery after the couple scuffled with the paparazzi in Hollywood last weekend. Saul Lazo and Jose Gonzalez filed the complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court. Read more.

November 15, 2004 - 'Access Hollywood' spoke with Justin Timberlake's rep Ken Sunshine after the *NSYNC star and girlfriend Cameron Diaz had an ugly run-in with paparazzi in front of Hollywood's swanky Chateau Marmont late Saturday night. "There is a right for a star -- just as you and I -- the right to walk down the street without being accosted by these stalkerazzi who are baiting them into either hitting them, slugging them, throwing something at them or doing something crazy which they'll then get on camera," Sunshine reasoned. November 15, 2004 - Us Weekly reports Cameron Diaz and *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake got in a tangle with a pair of paparazzi outside the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood on Saturday night (November 6). John Lavely, an attorney for both Diaz and Timberlake said, "My clients were accosted late at night, without warning and with nobody else around, by two guys on a dark street. My clients did not assault them. They merely acted in their own defense. [Diaz] picked up the camera as a means for identifying these individuals later." Read more.

November 15, 2004 - MTV News reports that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake has contacted producers Rich Harrison and Rodney Jerkins about starting work on his sophomore album later this year. "I actually called Justin a couple weeks ago," Jerkins said. "I just took his address down and I'm gonna start [saving] little things here and there to let him know what we're trying to do, 'cause he's one of those projects that I wish I could get in from beginning to the end. He has an amazing talent and ability, but I don't think it's been brought out of him yet.
