December 27, 2004 - Two-time Academy Award winning star Kevin Spacey tells Zap2it that his 'Edison' co-star Justin Timberlake is a smart actor. "I think that Justin recognizes that that part of his life may not last forever," Spacey said about the *NSYNC star. "He of course loves music, but he always wanted to act." Read more.

December 20, 2004 - Us Weekly reports that Justin Timberlake dined at his Chi restaurant in Los Angeles on December 6th with girlfriend Cameron Diaz and pals Elisha Cuthbert and Trace Ayala. A clubgoer said that Diaz "was hanging all over Justin, giggling and touching him." Things apparently got a little tense midway through dinner after "Cameron leaned into Justin and just went off in his ear. Justin just looked straight ahead." But by the end of the evening, Timberlake took Diaz's hand to lead her out the door.

"Cameron says she sees the writing on the wall," a friend revealed. "She feels Justin will never be able to settle down with just one woman, and that time isn't on her side. She might like to end the relationship, but she can't - her feelings are so strong."

One of the excited girls was overheard shrieking into her cellphone: "I skinny-dipped with Justin Timberlake last night!" She then clarified, "Britney's gone, Mom. He's with Cameron Diaz now."
