November 26, 2006 - Justin
Timberlake's sophomore album 'FutureSex/LoveSounds' is shaping up to be
a hit generating machine comparable to Mariah Carey's 'The Emancipation
Of Mimi'. The former *NSYNC star dominated the Mediabase Top 40 format
charts with 'SexyBack', and the album's second single 'My Love' just edged
Hinder's 'Lips of an Angel' to capture his second straight #1. Timberlake's
ex 'Mickey Mouse Club' co-star Christina Aguilera hasn't enjoyed the same
fate with her period piece, 'Back To Basics', which had 'Ain't No Other
Man' peak at #6 and her current single, 'Hurt', starting to stall out at
#14. Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson's 'A Public Affair' is crashing hard, with
her current single 'I Belong To Me' in a nosedive, getting fewer spins
in the past week than Kevin Federline's 'Privilege'. Check out the chart
here.

writes "Jane Marie writes at Prettyboring.com: "It pains me a little to
sit here and write anything other than glorious praise about America's
pot-smoking man-angel, Lord Justin Timberlake. It feels almost blasphemous
that for the first time in his illustrious career, I'm less than impressed
with JT's latest venture. By no means am I talking about 'FutureSex/LoveSounds'.
(Please rise.) I've loved every ass-shaking second of every track JT's
laid down his delish voice on since I first heard *NSYNC croon 'I Want
You Back'. What I'm talking about here is Mr. Timberlake's foray into the
fashion world." Read more."

sexy." Read more."
