29, 2002 - CDNow.com reports Alvin Williams and Earl Blunt of EB-Bran Productions
have filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Kid Rock in U.S. District
for the Eastern District of Michigan on Wednesday (October 23) over the
Top Dog Records' name and logo. The pair are seeking sole ownership of
the Top Dog trademark and logo. EB-Bran started Top Dog Records in 1988,
a year before Rock joined on with a 25 percent interest, but failed to
obtain a trademark for the name. Read more.

Anderson and Kid Rock led a motorcycle parade Sunday to benefit research
on hepatitis C. Anderson revealed this past March she suffers from the

S.O.S. ride to raise money for Hepatitis C research on Sunday (October

confirmed that he will be marrying Pamela Anderson during his visit to
New York last week for Bette Midler's 'Hulaween Ball.' The wedding should
take place sometime mid-spring next year somewhere near his Detroit home.
He told the New York Post, "Pam and I are very excited. We are very much
in love and very compatible - and we can't wait to make all of us an official
family." He wasn't so excited to deal with Pam's ex Tommy Lee. "He's a
great father when the cameras are rolling, and when they're not, Lee is

Anderson was on Good Day Live in Los Angeles on Friday (October 25) morning
to talk about her hepatitis C and to set the record straight about her
relationship with Kid Rock. She said of reports that the pair were set
to marry in Las Vegas next month: "It's not true. We're not getting married
yet. We're engaged, and we're enjoying the engagement, but there's a lot
to be worked out yet."

of drugs found on the Kid Rock tour bus, the singer's appearance on MTV's
Total Request Live for their 1000th episode should be interesting. Other
rockers on the special show include No Doubt and Blink 182's Mark Hoppus.

October 21, 2002 - Palm Beach
Post reports Kid Rock's tour bus was pulled over and scoured for drugs
on Florida's Turnpike just hours after he performed at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre
on Saturday. He and his band weren't on the bus when it was stopped for
a top-to-bottom search, including the "celebrity bedroom," according to
a police report. Officers said they found a marijuana cigarette and a small
amount of cocaine. Read more.

O'Brien joked during his Late Night monologue on Thursday, "This is good
news, though. Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock have announced that they're
getting married next month. Isn't that nice? [Cheers and applause] Yeah.
Yeah, not only that, they're planning on having a traditional white trash
wedding. [Laughter] It will be nice. It will be very fun. It's true. It
will be nice."

to the Las Vegas Review Journal, Kid Rock reportedly has confirmed that
he and Pamela Anderson will get married on November 9 on stage at the MGM
Grand, after his opening act and before the Aerosmith concert. But the
MGM Grand says there is no official word on the matter.
October 10, 2002 - The Mirror
reports Kid Rock is ready to start making babies with fiance Pamela Anderson.
Pam, who has two kids, and Rock, who has one, were reportedly set to wed
at a show at the MGM Grand later this month. "I like having kids," he says.
"I want to make it my profession. Let's get down to business."
