January 24, 2005 - The New York Daily News reports Kid Rock took a trip to Moscow to watch Darren McCarty and other pals from the Detroit Red Wings play in ex-teammate Igor Larionov's farewell game, but almost got stranded. "Kid Rock stayed out all night with these women," an insider revealed. "When he got back to the hotel, he was missing his jacket, wallet and passport. January 17, 2005 - The New York Daily News reports the Christian right claimed victory after the Presidential Inaugural Committee announced that Kid Rock wouldn't be performing at an Inauguration youth conce. Don Wildmon, chairman of the Tupelo, Miss.-based American Family Association, said thousands of his fellow Christian conservatives E-mailed and telephoned inauguration organizers to complain about Kid Rock.
