"She was there dancing until 5 a.m. The buzz is that they were canoodling and kissing." January 17, 2005 - Leonardo DiCaprio won the 2005 Golden Globe for best actor in a drama here Sunday for his role as the troubled billionaire Howard Hughes in Martin Scorcese's 'The Aviator'. Accepting his award, DiCaprio attributed the success of his performance to Scorcese, whom he described as "one of the greatest contributors to world cinema of our time."

January 17, 2005 - 'Access Hollywood' host Billy Bush explained in his blog on the program's website the situation with Leonardo DiCaprio where he asked the actor about baring his backside in 'The Aviator'. Bush writes, "In my defense, I couldn't help it. What a scene! There were screaming girls around us and well, we aren't '60 Minutes'. But the next day, I interviewed D-Caps at 'The Aviator' junket and we went deeper into the the worlds of OCD, weight loss and paranoia...no backside. Since then, I've been reading Citizen Hughes by Michael Drosnin (I'm almost finished) and let me tell you, 'The Aviator' doesn't even touch on the depths of dementia and paranoia that was the life of Howard Hughes."

January 17, 2005 - The New York Daily News reports one of Leonardo DiCaprio's bodyguards got into a scuffle with a paparazzo Thursday night as 'The Aviator' star was leaving a building on E. 62nd St. The unidentified lensman claims the actor's security broke his camera. DiCaprio's rep says, "It was another out-of-control stalkerazzi harassing Leo."
