20, 2007 - Leonardo DiCaprio's neighbors are suing him for excavating land
in what they claim is a negligent manner. Usmagazine.com has obtained court
papers in which Robert and Joan Linclau allege that by excavating his property
on Thrasher Ave. in Los Angeles, Leo, 32, has caused their land to cave
